We dropped off broken items and collected repaired items - really pleased! One computer just needed cleaning of a virus received from an innocent site that had been affected, the other seems to have sorted itself out and so no charge was made. Excellent service received.

I recently took my computer in because it had performance issues. A couple of problems were identified and rectified. A PCIe card was installed and its given my computer a new life. Internet speed and responses are now super fast. Thanks SMS.

Very pleased with my purchase from SMS of a refurbished computer which is proving to be ideally suited to my needs. The technicians at SMS were very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue with my old Macintosh which was running very slowly. They quickly replaced the old hard drive with a new SSD drive and now the machine runs like new, thus guaranteeing a few more years use and sparing me the expense of updating my creative design suite. I am very satisfied with their service and will use them in the future.
