We were In a real jam. Replacement fuse board not working and we were stuck outside the suppliers shop not knowing what to do. By chance next door was a repair shop. They squeesed us in despite obvious busy family commitments. Out of hours both evening and morning absolute hero's. We are so very grateful. Thank you

Electrical central heating in caravan.
Had a problem with heating in the caravan, called Tourer Techs to help, Jenny called back on the phone and sorted the problem, didn't charge for her time and was great. Will use them for future servicing and work. 5 Stars

What a great company, had a MA-VE levelling system and top notch job, included was a habitation check which picked up a fault and helped me sort it with another company, Jenny and Lee lovely company owners and kept me informed all the way, recommend? 100% couldn’t ask for a better service AAA+++

Fantastic service. We were in a sticky situation with a faulty habitation water pipe. Jenny was amazing on the phone, responded to an email promptly, was very organised and really helpful. Lee was great, he was friendly and efficient, he fixed the issue without any drama. Also really well priced. Would definitely recommend this company, especially as a small family business they are amazing. I think they deserve all the praise on these reviews, and more! Thank you Jenny & Lee!

We we're down this area on holiday in late September & had trouble with grinding on a new towbar...we called Jenny & Lee and they were absolutely amazing checked everything was alright it wasn't perfect but we were able to get home....so far we've got all the black paint of the towbar & will have a chassis service next year...Rosemary and Jonathan Davies Burton on Trent

We recently bought a second hand caravan privately and wanted to get it safety checked before using it. We were put in touch with this company and they came out to the house to check it over. We felt they did a very good job and now feel reassured that the gas, electric and water systems in our caravan are safe. Lee also did a damp check. Thank you so much for doing this for us so quickly too! We didn't give them much notice but they accommodated us quickly and we are very grateful.

Just had a motorhome shower tray repaired by these guys and WOW. Amazing communication, completed to a top rate standard and all in a shorter time than promised. Jen and Lee are brilliant at what they do and are very helpful and genuine people. I had the repair done to sell and change to a caravan and I will be using them for all future servicing and works. Thank you both for going over and above.

We are new to the touring caravan thing, and having decided to buy a caravan and wanting it serviced before we used it, we found Tourer Techs...and what an absolutely amazing pair of patient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly people Jen And Lee are! Very clear on going through the few little repairs that needed doing, not pushy or any pressure on getting things done either, which was so lovely and refreshing, as i think other companies may have been money orientated, knowing we dont know much about caravans and maybe taken advantage of us. The work carried out and explained how it all works by Lee was great too. We certainly will be coming to Jen and Lee with anything our caravan needs from now on and our service will be done at Tourer Techs...I promise not to pester too much next time Jen!😉

Jen and Lee at Tourer tech helped upgrade, fit out and generally repair my van. They went above and beyond in their work, and were honest, reliable and extremely professional the whole way through. Was excellent to meet such awesome and honest people. They helped get a gasit tank system underslung to the van, replace a skylight, and repaired issues relating to water pressure and a leak. They really went above and beyond anything I expected, and I was blown away by the service they provided. Can not recommend them enough. Have to also note that they worked really quickly, extremely hard, and went even so far as to drop/pick me up from the train station. 10/10 in every respect

We just got a gasit system upgrade and some repairs done by Lee and Jen at tourer techs. Lee is a highly experienced professional with a clear passion for touring, campers and caravans. All work done was to a high standard in under a week and for a really competitive price. Not only that, but they went out of our way to help us out with every request and even dropped us at the train station whole they did their thing. Can't recommend them enough, it was so nice to meet such good honest people, will return if ever in need of campervan services again!

Lee fitted a new larger gas boiler and 7 radiators to our static caravan.
Professional job done in a day and a half and no mess. Has made a big difference, the caravan is now cosy and warm.

Had a bit of a crisis with a broken caravan steady on Sunday when arriving in the area. Found this company via Google maps and called Lee on Sunday and left a message regarding the issue. He called back later on said he would visit us on Monday. He called Monday morning and arrange to come to the campsite to take a look at the problem. He promptly arrived just after 1600 as planned and swiftly got to grips with removing the steady, stripping out the broken steady nut and replaced it with a new one and put it all back together quickly and tested it for operation. We are very impressed with the company, its communications and quality of work done. Pricing was excellent as was the work completed. Be assured of this recommendation for Tech Tourers
