Have heard about these guys from a trusted friend it was a pleasure to meet and do business with them. The guys were very accommodating and knowledgeable about their services. They explained the workings of the self levelling system on our caravan making it Easy to understand. A highly professional job was carried out and look forward to dealing with them again in the future .

Habitation service carried out today on my pitch, the service was carried out swiftly and thoroughly by 2 highly knowledgeable and friendly engineers, nothing was too much trouble and they gave plenty of advice and reassurance.

I had a check injection light coming up on my dashboard on the way to a job just around the corner to these guys.
I couldn't find the plade.
Stopped outside and asked for directions, this nice chap told me I was in the right estate, then, lightbulb moment when I saw them working on motorhome engine, hood open et al, I've asked:
Do you have a diagnostic tool? I've a warning on?
He reply yes and went to grab, looked at it, no fault codes coming on, full reset.
All cleared, 2 hours journey home, still clear.
Do I owe anything?
No, was the answer.
You need a caravan or motorhome service?
Go see them.
They are a good bunch.

Quite a bit of work surrounding the leisure battery, charging issue and solar panels. Work was closed out in next to no time. Including the securing of spare parts. Outstanding customer service..

Whilst holidaying in Cornwall, I reached out to Tourer Tech through Facebook for help as on our 2nd night of holiday we were woken early morning with a leaking skylight onto our bed. With warranty issues going on at home for other issues and our finance company having to be involved we were in a bit of a panic on how to keep it dry and limit damage. Jen kindly suggested the adhesive carpet protector rolls that Screwfix sell. So off we went to our nearest branch. With help from our holiday site for step ladder loaning we were successful in layering up the skylight with the plastic covering. It rained plenty last night and I was really pleased to report this morning the inside of the van was bone dry. I can't thank Tourer Tech enough for this advice, they've totally saved our holiday and the van can now remain dry till the issues can be resolved at home by the dealers/finance company. Thank you so much, this advice was FOC, but absolutely priceless.

Jen & Lee were exceptional when we had issues with our caravan on holiday last week. The team were polite and super helpful, came to our site and came with what was needed. What a fantastic company to deal with (I found them online on the Truma portal when my air conditioning unit failed whilst on a trip last month).. and great that they’re Somerset based too… All the staff were very friendly and the director Jenny is so knowledgeable and sorted out the Truma Warranty paperwork online whilst I was still away … A new replacement air conditioning unit fitted to the caravan yesterday… excellent service, and I’ll be using their approved workshop going forward… would thoroughly recommend the company.

Had a problem with my Truma Aventa Comfort Gen 2 air con. Jenny and the team were on to it right away and we had a replacement unit fitted within a few weeks. Great service, friendly team, highly recommend. Thank you guys.

Just had a new rooflight fitted in our motorhome by this company.

I had a problem with an Alde central heating system to a caravan that I sold to a customer in Brean.
The Company went out to look at the fault on my behalf and found that it was on the wrong setting.
I would like to thank them for their speedy service and their honesty as I know some others would of
Possibly replaced parts that were ok and charged a labour rate.
If I get any issues with any caravans I sell that way
I will definitely give them a call.
