1st time in caravan. Encountered few difficulties on arriving at site. Given Tourer number. Jenny answered fone, listened to our problems & then got a technician on the line to talk us through. Rang up this morning (Thursday 26th June) and left a message to ring back. They did and I explained I was on holiday with a cooked caravan battery and charger problem. I was asked to take a few photos of the charger which I did so they could identify which one was fitted. Within 3 hours from phone call to coming onto site to repair the caravan it was fixed with new charger and leisure battery. This company has been great to work with and I would highly recommend them. Friendly and professional service from start to finish.

Tourer Techs helped us with an issue with our Alde heating system which occurred just as we were leaving home to holiday in the area. Jenny took all the details and conferred with Lee and we had a call to say he was on his way. We were amazed at how quickly he responded. He is a man who knows his caravans inside and out and fixed the problem for us with no fuss, explained what he was doing and left us reassured that all was well. Can highly recommend!

Weird company. I asked them for a quote, they asked for more details, I provided more details, they never replied and ignored chasers. It wasn't a hard job - I did it in an afternoon - so it would have been easy money for someone with the kit and the knowledge.
