A rare gem of a business with genuinely nice people who care about your van and you.
They completed the habituation report very expertly, and highlighted all the salient matters that needed attention. They then spent the time going through it all & explaining professionally.
I would have no qualms in recommending for all things vans and caravans. I now see why they have won lots of awards first hand! Bravo!

Thank you Tourer Techs you were very quick to respond when the towing electrics failed on my caravan, the engineer quickly diagnosed a fault with the caravan plug and promptly changed it. He tested his work and discovered a fault on the towing vehicle where the ATC power was not working, this was a new towbar only fitted the week before so I can get this fixed under warranty, I wouldn'thave been aware of
this fault if it wasn't for the professionalism of the engineer. The callout charge was very fair as well once again many thanks Les 😊

Had to have my alde heating fluid redone. Absolutely great customer service and very accommodating. Good prices and they fitted me in for the next day. Extremely helpful and will be sticking with them from now on if we need anything else done

Called about level C self levelling and Jenny carefully and paitently explained the system, fitting, warranty, options for control panel v touch panel.
Discussed our air conditioning and to consider this on leveling which i hadnt been advised before.
Out of the 3 E&P partner options, we have choosen this company fit the solution to our caravan.

Tourer Techs helped us with our fundraising with Christmas Dubs for The Grand Appeal - they put so much effort into their event evening and also made a donation on top of the money we raised, we can't thank them enough. A true and honest family business. They even helped change a few headlight bulbs for some of the team for free whilst we were there!

We met Lee and Jenny from Tourer Techs at the Motorhome Show when we were interested in having the HPC Self Levelling and Semi Air Suspension systems fitted. They were both outstanding — friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
A few weeks later, we got in touch for a quote. Jenny was brilliant — she sent over several options the very same day, clearly outlining different price choices so we could decide what worked best for us. The communication throughout was excellent.
Once we decided to go ahead, Tourer Techs booked us in straight away. I paid the deposit and dropped the van off on a Saturday as arranged. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and the workmanship was impressive. The handover was great too — everything was explained and demonstrated perfectly.
We’re absolutely delighted with the results and the whole experience. Great service, great workmanship, and a warm, welcoming team.
