Had an M Level system fitted by Tourer Techs. Met them at a trade show and felt comfortable chatting with them, so booked them in to do the job.

Have heard about these guys from a trusted friend it was a pleasure to meet and do business with them. The guys were very accommodating and knowledgeable about their services. They explained the workings of the self levelling system on our caravan making it Easley to understand. A highly professional job was carried out and look forward to dealing with them again in the future .

This garage couldn’t help me with my problem as I needed some parts for my camper van. The parts would have to be ordered and would take several days. Unfortunately I was only passing by that day. They tried everything to help me and even got me the name and number of a garage that could do the work for me when I arrived back home 150 miles away. Fantastic people especially Jenny. Thanks very much.

Completely stuck on a campsite with auto awning fixed in out position. Tried many mobile places who couldn’t help until I came across Touratech. I was clearly informed that they were on a job in Minehead and would not be able to get to us until late afternoon. Much to our surprise they arrived early, patiently went through all probable issues and found our problem. We will be enroute by 4pm and I cannot thank these guys enough for their courteous, helpful and pleasant attitude. Would highly recommend them for urgencies or indeed workshop jobs. Thank you

1st time in caravan. Encountered few difficulties on arriving at site. Given Tourer number. Jenny answered fone, listened to our problems & then got a technician on the line to talk us through. Rang up this morning (Thursday 26th June) and left a message to ring back. They did and I explained I was on holiday with a cooked caravan battery and charger problem. I was asked to take a few photos of the charger which I did so they could identify which one was fitted. Within 3 hours from phone call to coming onto site to repair the caravan it was fixed with new charger and leisure battery. This company has been great to work with and I would highly recommend them. Friendly and professional service from start to finish.
