The Property Paramedic is fantastic. Kris dealt with an unexpectedly difficult task replacing the glass in most of our windows. He remained professional and friendly throughout weeks of digging out baked in windows and replacing them with new glass. I was more than impressed with his knowledge, integrity and work ethic throughout the job. I highly recommend him to everybody.

I cannot recommend The Property Paramedic enough. He quoted for a job that turned out to be considerably harder than expected but the job was still completed to a very high standard and remained true to the quote. It has been difficult work but amazing results. A fantastic service.

Can't praise Kris aka The Property Paramedic enough. Back door lock was playing up and our key was stuck. In my attempts to remove key it snapped off...
Within less than 3 hours of contacting Kris on a Saturday afternoon he had replaced lock and had made our house secure again. All the more impressive as we are circa a 45 minute trip for him.
It's the second time I've used Kris and both times his service has been excellent. I would recommend him to anyone who has a lock/door issue. Professional, polite, prompt, good value and efficient, very well recommended by me.

Kris was brilliant. He was quick, proficient and showed me exactly what what was wrong with the window and how he fixed it. He even fixed a second window which was an additional job to what I had originally asked for and when his time was limited. I would highly recommend Kris.

I found Kris through TheBestOf Taunton and Bridgwater, used the 10% off offer and booked him to come and mend my garage door. Brilliant service, polite, friendly and very economical. Garage door is now like new for just over a £100, absolutely delighted and would 100% recommend. Thanks Kris.

Kris was very responsive and worked extra late to attend to my elderly mums lock issues, and was very fair in his charging. His communication was excellent and really helped take all the worry away. Never used him before and will not hesitate to recommend him.

June 2021- Kris was the first to reply after I placed the advert. He was the ONLY one out of several who was 100% confident on repairing my tip and tilt conservatory sliding door. I had found and procured the parts, in the face of everyone telling me the parts were not available. We agreed on a reasonable price, and he came the NEXT day(unheard of in the South West), 2 hours later, all was working and running like a well oiled sewing machine. He is with no exaggeration, among the best of the best tradesmen I have met in a long time. His positive attitude is one you wont have come across in years. Absolute pleasure to deal with. His product knowledge and supply base, are top of the charts. 20 Years experience, he tells me, which overrides any doubt you may have of the man.

As the manager of a large development this is the first time I have used the services of Kris The Property Paramedic and it certainly wont be the last. Detailed quote supplied on the same day as the job was inspected, very reasonable rates and most importantly when dealing with tradesmen, Kris does what he says he will when he says he will. 10/10!

Had to call out late in the evening as my mother-in-law had her door kicked in and broke the lock . Kris was there within 40 minutes, very helpful and friendly. We explained we had a new PVC door on order , he put a new lock on the same as what had been broken didn’t try and do more than needed doing. Great service
