Before booking Kris to replace my blown double glazing panel I did look at reviews on line. I thought no way can every review be so good. However, based on the excellent communication along with the friendly and polite manner when inspecting the problem, I booked Kris to replace the unit.
The reviews are TOTALLY true!!!.
Kris turned out to be a miracle worker when after what should have been a 20 minute job in fact turned into a bit of a marathon. He didn't give up, risked his own safety at approx 50-100 feet up from ground level and went the extra mile to resolve the issue (invisible to the eye the way the window had originally been fitted, so nobody was to know what lay ahead).
I am so grateful to Kris and despite offering more in payment to cover the unexpected extra challenge and effort required, he refused to accept insisting that he had quoted a price and would stick to it. I now have a lovely clear window pane that up until now was ruining an beautiful view.

From first contact with Kris, I found him to be friendly, polite and helpful. He was very punctual when he came to look at the job, giving estimate and when he came to do the work.
I had new window and door hinges fitted, new glass to replace misted units, serviced french doors and front door so now they fit perfectly also fitted a letterbox.cleaned up after himself and all for a very good price. Would highly recommend.

As a landlord it is vital that problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I sent Kris photographs of the problem door hinges. He arranged with the tenant a mutually convenient time to make the repairs.

Outstanding service- I had 5 windows that were either not opening at all or were difficult to open and close- they are all working beautifully now. Kris took the time to show me what was wrong and explain what was needed to correct the problems, it is good to be able to use these windows now without difficulty.
The back door was also in dire need of help as I was having trouble opening and shutting it- Kris was able to source the parts he needed and all was repaired- I now have a door that I do not have to push and shove to open or close! Many thanks for an excellent job.

I found The Property Paramedic on google this morning. Kris was amazing from start to finish. I have contacted him around lunch time, and by 4 PM our door was fixed. I have showed him some issues with our aluminium windows and he has checked the issue straightaway, and booked the next visit. His company is great value for money. Very hard to find in these days. We will keep using Kris, and I will recommend him to anyone, who needs help with their windows or doors .

My windows and door are great. I was on the verge of buying new windows, as the catches and handles just wouldn't open. Kris did a marvelous job, all are like brand new now. If you're struggling with a upvc door or window and your at the stage of thinking you need a replacement, STOP and call out this company and you will save thousands!! Highly recommend.

I had work completed by Kris on the 21/08/20, the work was of a very professional standard, I received an estimate before it was carried out, a few more things needed to be done, he explained all what was needed , and it was then agreed by me. Very pleased with everything, he had a very courteous manner, would certainly recommend the Property Paramedic.

Kris was very efficient and explained clearly what the problems were and how he would fix them. After booking him to come and do the work we wanted an extra task done and he was happy to do this at the same time. We felt his charges were very reasonable and he completed the jobs quickly and did not waste time. All in all we will definitely call on Kris again if we need any more work done. We thoroughly recommend him if you have problems with your conservatory windows or doors.
