Excellent service from Kris who came by the same day as my call to investigate problem and secure our front door lock. He then went above and beyond with helpfulness and good humour over access difficulties when returning to put the new lock in!

Lauren came back to us promptly and got an estimate arranged to suit our work arrangements. Kris provided the quote in writing the same evening and we proceeded to get the works done, these were also booked at times to suit us.

Gave this company a call this afternoon and told them my problem came out within an hour door fixed and can now be locked which it has not done for sometime even though other companies have tried the wife will be happy. Thank you for your friendly service Kris.

It gives me a lot of pleasure to heap praise on Kris for his thoroughly professional work to unlock and repair our locked window. A very personable, affable young man who took pride in the job and completed it in hardly any time at all. I thought that the cost was very reasonable and I am a very satisfied customer. I am so pleased I contacted the Property Paramedic and spoke to Lauren who was great and efficient booking me in for a visit by Kris. Brilliant service Kris replaced locking window handles, window hinges and patio door locks. Kris also gave lots of tips to keep the locks and hinges in tip top condition. It was a pleasure to deal with The Property Paramedic they are a company that nothing is to much trouble for their customers.

I found Kris through a recommendation on a local FB group. He came the same day and managed to un-jam 6 windows, 4 of which had been completely stuck for years. All without any fuss or drama and his charges were extremely reasonable. He is clearly a highly experienced tradesman and a thoroughly nice man to deal with. Recommended!

First job was installing a cat flap in a back pvc door. Flawless service. Excellent price. Seamless installation.
Second job - a little more complex and bespoke. Installing 2 windows in a previously solid composite door. Kris provided excellent advice. Took our lead on design and specification - but provided invaluable advice. Installation was again seamless. And I beyond chuffed with the finished product.
Kris is a really friendly and honest bloke. Who clearly prides himself on excellent customer service and a high standard of work.
We wouldn’t hesitate to have him back again in the future. And would highly recommend him!
