Excellent service from Kris. He replaced various locks for us on main door and conservatory doors and windows. Also did some repairs to our leaking conservatory roof and realigned our garage door. Kris sorted out the lock/ locking system on our door quickly and efficiently. He was able to modify a new mechanism to an old uPVC door - saving us the cost of replacement. I am really pleased with the result.

Had a problem with a front door lock this morning - basically it malfunctioned and I couldn't get into my house. Luckily I had used Kris before and had his number in my phone - it's now fixed - no fuss, no bother, just good old fashioned excellent customer service. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Kris came out to look at two doors whose locking mechanisms had broken. Within an hour he had both working again with no need for replacements. Great value and a nice guy to boot - we were so impressed we asked him back to look at some leaking windows. Recommended and will use again.

Speedy response after contacting TPP over a door that I could not lock.Same day visit was offered. On visiting Kris swiftly identified the problem , solved it, and undertook some additional remedial work on the fitting of the door and the lock that he had identified. Very happy.
