I originally contacted JMR plumbing with a leak below my bathroom. After having a look at options and the general state of the bathroom we decided actually it would be best to replace the whole thing. I'm very happy with the result, and confident there are no more leaks! I wanted to fit a homemade countertop for the bathroom, and they were happy to work with me to get it to work.

No quote sent before the work began.The day was chaotic, much coming and going. We were left with a very wet carpet and a hole in the outside wall with no offer to return to fill the hole in or to dry out the carpet. Toilet and sink work well.

I found Joe on Checkatrade and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He went out of his way to source the parts needed, and undertook the work at a time convenient to me. My shower was leaking and needed to be replaced. My radiator had reached the end of its days. The JMR team were quick to sort this out for me before Christmas. Lovely team and brilliant work.

Plumbers were very busy. Joe gave us a price but work entailed liaising with flooring contractor. After a couple of disappointing changes to the original date, the job was done in a day to our satisfaction. The job of replacing parts in the old cistern was problematic and Joe’s apprentice managed to get it working well but it eventually leaked and Joe was VERY QUICK to sort the work to our complete satisfaction at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Joe appears to be very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy - we would use JMR again without hesitation.

Called at 8am as needed an emergency plumber due to a severe leak, Joe was very accommodating and polite. He was able to send someone that afternoon. Two young chaps arrived at the agreed time and completed the work in good time. A great job done at a reasonable price. I'd previously been ripped off by a plumber when needed a job done at my aunt's and was wary, I needn't have been with JMR. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again shortly for some planned work.

We were very happy with the reasonably priced quote for the work we wanted done and even happier now Joe and his team have completed the job. They were all very helpful and accommodating throughout and we are planning to ask Joe to come back soon to do our en suite. Would have no hesitations in asking him to come back for any plumbing requirement in the future.

Joe came initially to see what the problem was and came back the following day to fix it. While he was here we agreed he would service my boiler which he did. He had to come back briefly the following morning to put a collar on the washing machine hose as he didn’t have one in his van. His colleague did this quickly and efficiently.

Joe came and got the job done within the day I contacted him. The matter was urgent as I rent to property. I contacted a few other people, but no one really cared the way Joe did. He really went the extra mile to help me in this difficult situation with all the restrictions and the lock down. He actually charged me less than he estimated when I first called him. He finished the job as promised in less time than I thought it would take. Very happy with his job and him as a character. Reliable, trustworthy and professional.. I will definitely use him again.
