Although I personally know Joe, one of his employees came without no hesitation to help me when joe couldn’t get back in time from miles away and fixed a leak in our bathroom when I had our daughter. Can’t recommend this company enough. Lovely polite guys that work for JMR always go the extra mile and work hard.

Friendly and professional. Chris did a very good job replacing the bath tap and shower screen. Removing the shower screen was tricky but he persevered and once all done, he left the site very clean and tidy. Thank you

Called him on the 14th came out the next day and fixed it very fast and very reliable and even had a look at something for me and sorted that out aswell. Need a new bathroom and boiler moving next year will definitely be giving him a call to come do it

I contacted J.M.R. About what I thought was a plumbing job but actually it was a job requiring an electrician. Joe was extremely helpful and immediately gave me the contact details of someone who might be able to help me.

Joe phoned and said he would be there same day he managed to reignite my boiler even though it's over 22 years old but has recommended replacing it and was very good at explaining and patient with my lack of knowledge. He was very polite and did not charge me as he said there wasn't anything he could do to increase its productivity. I found him to be polite and very helpful.
