We own a big old house with heating and water system that needed a major overhaul/ upgrade on top of which we wanted a shower fitted in the main bathroom. JMR undertook the job and have done a great job. The guys they sent were great very professional and certainly knew what they were doing, cleaned up and tidied after themselves. The job took a bit longer than anticipated but mainly due to the fact that they didn’t want to cut corners and wanted it to be right. Would highly recommend them.

Joe and the team were absolutely fantastic, they delivered above & beyond in taking out an old back boiler and heating system and installing a new combi boiler, new radiators and pipework. I was constantly kept updated, the team were respectful in the house and just overall very pleasant. Joe, Alfie & Colby answered all my queries and explained things simply for me to understand, as well as understanding my need for the work to be done ASAP to be able to move in to the house. 1000% would recommend & use again - thank you so much!

Had a boiler fail and contacted JMR to install a new one. The boiler had to be moved so it was a bit more difficult than just a new boiler, but the guys at JMR were fantastic in what they did! Had to delay the work on my end but Joe was great with communication and really understanding to my situation! Alfie and Roy were also a highlight, passionate about the job and wanted to get my boiler up and running as soon as possible as winter isn't the best time for a boiler to break!

Brilliant! JMR rescued me from a failed mission by another plumber. Joe, as boss, was prompt, professional and thorough with his phone conversation. Alan, who was allocated the job, was personable and knowledgeable in his approach to the job, which was not rushed and thorough with his testing.. I have already recommended JMR to a neighbour.

I had a new boiler installed with JMR. I didn't know anything about boilers (still don't) but they gave me a few options and also gave me extra warranty. They also installed a device so I can control it from my phone. It was quick, simple and made it seem effortless.

David (our plumber) did an amazing job, creating a lovely new bathroom for us, single handedly. He was reliable, punctual and friendly. His work ethic was fantastic and he was really inspiring! He tidied up afterwards and his work was to the highest standard. An immaculate bathroom, which I am so pleased with. I highly recommend this plumber. Thank you.

Damian reviewed photos of a leak inside roof and made a good assessment of probable cause.
He promptly arranged a roofer to visit and seal around pipework. All sorted within a couple of days and fingers crossed our problem is sorted. Wont fully know until we get some heavy rain.

I think Joe and his team did a fabulous job on my kitchen and upstairs renovation. Very professional, efficient, helpful with great suggestions. Keen attention to detail. A geniune pleasure and quite possibly my first fully postive experience with a builder! Really excellent work, I hope to offer them more business in future. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Alan and Coby did a great job replacing my hot water tank. After ripping up carpet and floorboards for pipe work, left the room as they had found it and cleaned up well. Would highly recommend this company.
