I had a new boiler installed with JMR. I didn't know anything about boilers (still don't) but they gave me a few options and also gave me extra warranty. They also installed a device so I can control it from my phone. It was quick, simple and made it seem effortless.

David (our plumber) did an amazing job, creating a lovely new bathroom for us, single handedly. He was reliable, punctual and friendly. His work ethic was fantastic and he was really inspiring! He tidied up afterwards and his work was to the highest standard. An immaculate bathroom, which I am so pleased with. I highly recommend this plumber. Thank you.

Damian reviewed photos of a leak inside roof and made a good assessment of probable cause.
He promptly arranged a roofer to visit and seal around pipework. All sorted within a couple of days and fingers crossed our problem is sorted. Wont fully know until we get some heavy rain.

I think Joe and his team did a fabulous job on my kitchen and upstairs renovation. Very professional, efficient, helpful with great suggestions. Keen attention to detail. A geniune pleasure and quite possibly my first fully postive experience with a builder! Really excellent work, I hope to offer them more business in future. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Alan and Coby did a great job replacing my hot water tank. After ripping up carpet and floorboards for pipe work, left the room as they had found it and cleaned up well. Would highly recommend this company.

JMR came to see my elderly mum as she was very worried about an immersion heater leak, I live too far away to get to her so after speaking to Damien from JMR and then his very helpful admin person (Who I'm ashamed to say I have forgotten her name) the job was booked in, this already felt like we had made the right decision. Then an amazing young man called Kieran came to visit and confirmed we had found the best people, he was professional, incredibly polite and according to mum charming too! Obtained quotes from several different companies and JMR Home Improvements were the most competitive. Megan provided a written quote and advised on availability. Work was carried out by Alfie who expertly positioned the outside tap to run from the downstairs WC rather than under the kitchen window. Internal pipes are very neat and was helpful by asking suitable height for the tap. All workspaces left clean and tidy. An invoice was provided in a timely manner and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
