Meagan Crouch joins Flexeserve as operations coordinator, further enhancing the customer experience across the Americas.

Operations manager Ericka Randell said: “Meagan is an excellent and much-needed addition to the team.

As operations coordinator, Meagan will play a key role in the business, from organising meetings and travel arrangements to welcoming visitors to Flexeserve’s HQ and serving as the first point of contact.

Meagan also supports the improvement of operational workflows, systems, and procedures, ensuring the team operates efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with business objectives. She also identifies opportunities to enhance effectiveness that customers can benefit from.
