Just seen Wicked. The venue was absolutely amazing. The refurb has encouraged us to became regulars now. We were in S4 and the seating was so comfortable for the entire movie. Lovely and friendly staff too. Thank you! Let’s keep this the success it deserves. Support!

It's absolutely beautiful. Having visited this cinema many times when I was young, it's wonderful to see it open again and back to.iranformer glory. The owners have done a fantastic job. We've been twice now, both times in screen 1 and the seats are just amazing. Back row recliners are just the best and so comfy.<br>I just hope other people visiting start to take a bit more pride in it. I was absolutely horrified at all the mess left by people once the film finished. Popcorn everywhere!! Would you all treat your living rooms like that? I think not.<br>And what would be even better is if people actually bothered to turn up on time. Nothing more annoying than people coming in late, who have booked seats right in the middle so everyone gets disturbed. Perhaps there should be a cut off time of letting people in. We all know there are adverts pre the film starting which is fine, but once the film starts it should be no entry.

They have refurbished this cinema to such a high standard. The decor is beautiful, the main screen 1 has super comfy individual reclining armchairs with footstools! There is a bar where you can buy cocktails and all sorts of drinks. Absolutely fantastic, can’t wait to go again

Well decorated, friendly staff. Love the sofas in the cinema, reasonably priced kids popcorn, drink and bag of sweets. Nachos were good also.<br>I would recommend, oh and the tickets were not too expensive either.<br>Worth a visit.

Been several times now and really pleased investment was made to restore this beautiful cinema. The restoration has been done wonderfully, the seating, the atrium area all lovely - the bar on the second floor is fab, and the service is brilliant too.

Went to see Juror 2 in the early afternoon, last minute devision and cannot remember the last time went to see a film The guy who served us is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, ( sorry I didn't see your name but you told us you have 20/20 vision!) He is an asset and I hope this is recognised by the management. As for the cinema? Well what a treat, lovely furniture and decoration, clean toilets and simply a trip out to see a film made better by all of that. Definitely will go again.

Done the cinema up lovely. The only let down are hot drinks. Please get a better drinks machine. Hot chocolate thick and two sweet. Latte not nice. Please buy a better machine

I've been coming to the cinema in Sutton, known by many different names over time, for 40 years, my first film being ET.<br>I was so happy to learn that it had been saved post covid times and revamped into a beautiful art deco themed cinema. I have visited several times with my family, its definitely reignited the thrill of visiting the cinema.<br>The staff are so friendly, met the very kind Jamie and his colleague on today's visit who were so polite and helpful.<br>The ticket costs are so reasonable and the comfort of the cosy arm chairs and footstools make it a great outing.<br>I would definitely recommend the Sutton Royale for your next cinema outing and I'm so happy as a born and bred resident of Sutton that it has survived all this time. Enjoy.

Myself and 2 friends came last night to watch Wicked for my birthday ,and even the glitch on the film when it went blank didn't stop us enjoying every minute of it. They sorted problem within a minute or 2 . The cocktails are to die for 2 for £16 we had the Glinda one loved every drop. Would definitely recommend the Sutton Coldfield Cinema for all your films .

The cinema is really good. Fantastic value and really comfortable sofas to watch the film on. Steve the usher was so helpful and friendly, couldn't help us enough. We will definitely travel to visit again.

An Incredible Cinema, I remember being so saddened when it closed a few years ago, back when it was the Empire Cinema, as I had so many fond memories of visiting it as a kid. But in the long run, it's intial closure has lead to better things, as it has risen like a phoenix from the ashes, providing a far better atmosphere and experience than a few years ago. It has been restored to it's Art Deco decor from how it looked in it's heyday in the 1930s, all the seats are super comfortable and have recliner options, the staff are warm, friendly and helpful, all that and it has lower ticket prices than many of it's competitors. Without a doubt, this will defintely be my go to Cinema in future :)

First visit to newly reopened cinema was a few days ago. My wife is a huge Paddington fan and wanted to see new movie.<br>Booked tickets online and discovered they have a seniors discount price which came as a nice surprise so booked a 3rd ticket for my mother in law, sadly recently widowed.<br>On arrival, my ticket was scanned (my wife and her mom were already there) and I was directed to the correct screen (Screen 1). On that level there is a small nicely appointed bar and having taken an order from my wife and mother in law, the very friendly young man told me about the offers available, a very subtle but welcome upsell, nicely done young man!<br><br>The theatre seats were fantastic, wide, comfortable, well spaced out and complete with foot rest stools, a nice touch.<br>The cinematic experience was top notch, great visuals and sound, superb viewing from our chosen seats.<br>All in all a lovely experience from start to finish and with discounted tickets available for some days on top of already keenly priced Seniors fees, I am certain to be visiting the cinema a lot more in the future than I have done so in the past
