What an amazing restoration, the building is truly stunning, the art deco interior is beautiful, the seats in the cinema itself are so comfortable and the foot stools are a lovely extra.The sound system is phenomenal and last but not least all the staff were polite, smiling and very attentive. At last a place Sutton Coldfield can be proud of!

Beautiful Art deco features in the foyer and all around. Clean and tidy. Warm environment so no need to take a coat! Very clean toilets. On entering, as I am a disabled person I was helped by a member of staff. (Steven.) I had 3 small granddaughters with me so he made them all feel included with the concessions and what they wanted. Another member of staff (Finley.) helped us carry all our goodies and directed us to our seats. Lovely clean uniforms. We will make this our weekly treat as we all enjoyed the film and the seating was most comfortable.

Got the chance to see The Lost Boys with my daughter today and it was amazing. Taylor on retail was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for such a lovely evening!

How amazing it is to have our beloved cinema up and running again. I've been a few times since it opened and I will be continuing to go there. What a beautiful cinema. Can't fault a thing. Reasonable pricing and very comfortable seating. We went recently and Steve was so friendly and helpful. What a great cinema.

Great time at my new favourite place in Sutton. So nice to see it looking so good. Watched The Lost Boys last night and there was even applause at the end, when was the last time that happened when you went to the cinema?

Visited the cinema to watch 'The Lost Boys'. Had a lovely evening, with very comfy seating & a lovely atmosphere. Steve made us feel very welcome & we will be definitely visiting again.

Cannot recommend enough! We have been with our kids and as a date night and for either type of evening it’s perfect. Very comfy seats, reasonably priced bar (and you can take your drinks in to the screening). Staff are lovely and very helpful and they have special seasonal events which are perfect. This will be our cinema of choice from now on!

We hadn't been to the Royal since it re-opened and went along today for a look. Steve was very kind and let us have a look upstairs, and into the screens that didn't have a film showing. We were absolutely thrilled and will be booking up for a film soon! It's beautifully decorated, has very comfortable looking seats, and a very varied cocktail menu. I can't wait to go back. Also, huge thanks to Steve for being so accomodating and welcoming. We were very grateful.

Just popped in last minute to catch the latest installment of the terrifier 3 art is in the house.what great touch and very funny to see the star of the film in the theater all be it somebody in costume.

Really impressed with the way the Cinema has been renovated. Stunning Art Deco decor, very comfortable seats in the screen where we watched our film, two seater sofa style. The upstairs bar was very classy. The staff were friendly, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Particularly wanted to mention Jaime who chatted with us about the renovation and showed us to the bar. The whole place has been completely transformed, we will definitely be going back

We went a few weeks ago to watch Beetlejuice Beetlejuice & just love the decor & the seats... wow the seating is just fab! So much space around you & you can actually relax & enjoy your film without feeling a bit cramped! I hadn't been here before but my husband told me how it used to be & he thought the renovation was great. Hopefully this cinema now thrives after being gone for some time, we will definitely be going back!

Take my son yesterday to the cinema to watch the Buffalo Kids. Cinema is clean the people are very friendly and respectfu. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the movie because in screen 2 was freezing cold, we watched the movie wrapped up with coats and we couldn’t wait until movie is finished. I hope they will turn on hitting soon.
