We have been really pleased with the service Emma Gough has provided, she has been professional, friendly and responsive to all enquiries, often replying within minutes of them being sent. Our onward purchase has taken quite a while but Emma has helped to keep our sale safe by providing key updates for the chain below. We are now days away from completion and we can’t think of a thing that she could have done better. The team at E&G offer a great service at a great price, we would definitely recommend.

I was very happy with the whole experience from listing the property to communication about viewings and offers. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and this is by far the best company. Charlotte was our nominated agent and I can't praised her enough. She was very supportive, friendly, professional, approachable, punctual, always answered any enquires promptly. She was also very pro-active, at times acting as a catalyst to speed the whole process when the solicitors were not pulling their weight. She made the whole process of buying a house so stress free. The company is highly recommended.

As soon as we viewed our property we fell in love and felt comfortable enough to make an offer on the spot with Emma. Luckily the vendor accepted the offer and then we began the race to get the property over the line before the end of the stamp duty deadline.
As we are first time buyers we really didn’t know what to expect or what we were doing but Emma was amazing at chasing all parties to ensure that things moved as quick as they could!
We luckily completed just in the nick of time and this is down to a big chunk of Emma’s support :)

Simply brilliant! Our house went on the market with brilliant photos and marketing (the social media presence is particularly good) and sold it in 2 days. That alone would be enough to recommend them but the post sales service was just as professional and thorough. Fabulous experience with Edwards & Gray . My agent was Charlotte. Priced our property realistically - produced fabulous details, photo's & video - Looked after all viewings - sold it very quickly! Then the excellent service continued & Charlotte kept us in the loop of the whole chain all the way along , Was available to speak to at any time incl evenings & weekends and kept all communications going with agents and also solicitors above & below in the chain. Even better was the fact that they were the most competetive quote . Cannoy recommend this company highly enough.
