We engaged with Edwards and Gray earlier this year when we decided to move house.<br><br>From day one they were extremely professional and responsive when helping to put our house on the market.<br><br>They provided a good competitive rate and also advised us properly on the price we should sell our house for.<br><br>They have an amazing process when it comes to taking pictures of your property and making promotional videos which is a cut above the rest in the area and really was something that drew us to the company. We were so impressed with the content that they produced. They made our house look beautiful!<br><br>They lined up a lot of viewings and worked around our schedule, they also provided feedback for every viewing which was helpful for us.<br><br>When our house sold they kept in contact with us throughout and even though the process was long due to various reasons out of our/their control we felt comfortable that they were on top of things and made the process very stress free for us.<br><br>We would definitely use E&G again, they sold our house quickly and minimised a lot of hassle/stress that often comes with moving! I would highly recommend them to anyone.<br><br>We worked personally with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing!

Fantastic photos and video used for marketing and she carried out viewings on our behalf to our convenience. House sold in a month and the sale process went smoothly. We recently sold and bought our new place with Emma. Dealt with Emma Gough, had a good experience from start to finish. Her personable approach instantly put you at ease with what is an incredibly stressful time. She even got stuck in when our chain had slowed down to keep up momentum. Dealing with me and my language is difficult in the best of times but she took it in her stride and got the job done.
