Massive thank you to Alex for all his hard work in managing the sale of our house! He was extremely professional, approachable and knowledgeable and always had our best interests at heart. The photos, video and profile of our property was amazing and really showcased our house to its full potential. So "the wrong agent can ruin your sale" Is just that! ..........<br>I can not express how pleased i am with Edwards and Gray for taking over the sale of my property. They were on it!<br><br>I had used a high-street agent who frankly was only interested in taking money from me (glossy books/additional pics and on)<br>They didn't attend one viewing!<br><br>Once I was appointed with Alex Pawlowski -<br>He new exactly what we needed..... Very smart chap / professional / Warm and wonderful to work with - (thank you very much Alex)<br>Basically the opposite to my other agent.<br><br>If I was to sell again I would 100% contact Alex/Charlotte. I would highly recommend Emma Gough if you are looking for an Estate Agent to sell your home.<br>We met Emma whilst viewing a property she was selling with Edwards & Gray in November, and found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.<br>During the past 4 months we communicated regularly via text and phone calls and she kept us updated promptly, even on a Sunday and during the evening, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her.<br>Sadly the vendors haven't found anything they like and we are having to complete on our house sale, so have had to pull out of the purchase.<br>Emma was very understanding, and it felt that she actually cared about our predicament.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Emma and Edwards & Gray to our friends and would definitely use them to sell a property of ours in the future.

Emma was absolutely amazing, professional & knowledgeable throughout the whole process from start to finish. She communicated with us every step of the way kept us up to date where necessary she was always on the other end of the phone and responded immediately nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Emma Gough helped us with the sale of our property. Emma was really fab, knowledgeable and very professional throughout the process, from the initial consultation and onwards through the sale process. Always at the end of a text, call or email and happy to help where possible. There was never a stressful moment and everything was handled with ease. We have found Charlotte to be very knowledgeable in her valuation, extremely professional, approachable, and engaging, and she has managed to sell our home, subject to contract, within 3 weeks of going to market.
