This was an excellent appointment. I was put at ease, by Laura, she was very professional in conducting my assessment and explained all of the results in detail, using easy to understand language. I was very impressed with the standard of the care I received and the friendliness of Laura

I went to Cathedral Hearing as a result of spousal pressure and whilst I was partly assured that my hearing was not as bad as she had implied, it was good to get a scientific proven evaluation of my hearing.
A little unsure, I was quickly put at ease by Laura who was clear and concise providing a professional, efficient evaluation. Any concerns that I may have had were easily dealt with and enabled me to understand this difficult area.
I was very impressed and found the service good value and high quality. I would recommend anyone to Cathedral Hearing.

Brilliant service and really knowledgeable. I'd been to a couple of other places to try and get a problem with my ear resolved without success. One visit to see Laura and it was sorted out.

I was given so much information about my hearing loss and it's possible cause, I felt very confident going ahead with some custom made hearing aids. In my opinion Laura is the very best audiologist I have met and I thoroughly recommend her.

I knew I was in need of aids but had no experience as to what to expect and to be honest the cost. Laura was very professional and friendly and I took the recommended aids home on trial. They were comfy and did improve my high frequency reception. At the end of the trial I was still unsure if they gave me enough perceived benefit. So Laura was happy for me to go and think about it but said I should get some, even if they were cheap ones in order to condition my ears for the future. I went to a main high street supplier who’s recommended own brand was like a couple of tin cans on my ears with awful performance and wind noise. At that point I decided that Laura was the best for me who welcomed me back and tailored the care package to suite me. I got my aids just in time for my daughter’s wedding where they performed perfectly. I would not hesitate in recommending Laura to anyone, it’s not just about the aid or its cost, but the care, understanding and professionalism.
