I needed earwax removal and I looked at the Lichfield consultants via Google and I chose Cathedral Hearing I can honestly say I am very pleased with the entire set up and results.From making the appointment,to having the consultation and necessary treatment was three days.The place was clean and tidy,the receptionist was. polite and efficient.When Laura introduced herself ,she explained everything fully,and,each step was explained before being taken.The procedure was,painless and the result was completely successful.I have no fear of recommending this practice to anyone.Superb service.

Had a fantastic experience at Cathedral Hearing. Unfortunately for those of us with hearing loss, wax removal is no longer classed as a priority service and has long since been privatised. Laura at Cathedral Hearing takes great pride in her work and operates from a fantastic practice in the heart of Lichfield. The service I plucked for is in two parts. If wax is found and you pay the full amount (£55 I believe) if no wax is present then it's less. The consultation was very refreshing as Laura booked an hour with me and even though this was a standalone appointment as I am NHS she took the time to discuss my current circumstances as she found them and ways I can try to get the NHS to help me. It was very rewarding and should I need help again I'll be sure to visit Laura.
