On behalf of my partner he’s has never been to anything like this before but we were both impressed how good the experience was and how clean his ears are now . It was also a nice relaxing atmosphere with each stage explained in detail . The procedure didn’t take that long either . Would definitely recommend Laura at Cathedral hearing to friends and family or anyone asking for recommendations. Thank you Laura .

After being somewhere previously and being nervous to go again after a bad experience Laura made me feel so welcome and comfortable during the whole service. She reassured me throughout, made arrangements for me to return for checks and gave me advice on how to keep my ears clearer. Would 100% recommend her to anyone!
