I booked a full hearing assessment with Laura as I have been suffering with tinnitus for a while now. I felt thoroughly reassured after my assessment with Laura as she is knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She took time to understand what I was experiencing and asked lots of questions to fully understand my situation. She then carried out a range of tests to assess my hearing and explained her findings in detail. Very impressed.

I needed to replace my unsatisfactory high street hearing centre and, following my habitual researching, I discovered Cathedral Hearing in Lichfield where I have experienced thoroughly professional service resulting in a very noticeable improvement in my hearing.

I went for a hearing check, thinking that I probably needed to stop being vain and start wearing hearing aids. Laura took a detailed history and identified a possible problem with my middle ear. She promptly wrote a letter to my GP with her detailed findings. I used the info including a picture of my eardrum to get a prescription for antibiotics as soon as the GP surgery was open again and I have an appointment to discuss a referral to ENT.
I'm very grateful for Laura's thoroughness and her friendly, caring and pragmatic approach. I'll be recommending her to all my friends who keep saying 'pardon' when I mumble or speak too softly!

I used cathedral hearing this year to initially seek advice on hearing issues, particularly in one ear. Laura gave me an hour of her time, recommending a visit to a Spire consultant, which I did. She didn't even charge me at that point. After a consultation, I returned and received excellent and very friendly service from Laura. I now have hearing aids programmed to my specific requirements which have made life quite different for me.
