A very good and thorough eye test. Opted for the OCT photos this time as I am getting older. Always helps to know more about your eye health and what you can do yourself to keep things stable.Pleasant staff to explain everything you need to know in terms even i could understand. As always an enjoyable experience.

Fabulous service, from the friendly welcome by reception staff to the eye examination by Joanna and advice on frames by Emma. Emma really took time and care to ensure I had the frames I liked and that would best suit me. Much more personal service than at chain opticians.

Have been using Wardale Williams Opticians for a number of years and can honestly say I have always found them very professional, they are not the cheapest but one gets that which you pay for. I did only once try a different very large High Street Optician but soon realised my mistake. Would recommend this company.

After another visit to update my glasses I have purchased a lovely pair of Moscot Lemtosh glasses , amazing frame style and vision with my hoya my self lenses 👍

Excellent optician practice. From Holly who did my test and found that I had a condition I did not know about, to Kirsty who helped me select my frames and tinted lenses, to Vickie who undertook the final fitting, I received a friendly and thoroughly professional service that I recommend to anybody. I had my two yearly eye sight and health test on Wednesday. For the first time, I had Holly. She was professional, empathic, friendly and extremely helpful and pragmatic with regard to sight correction options. I really think she is an asset to the practice.

I have been having a problem with double vision. Hollie spent a long time testing my eyes to make sure my new prescription corrected this. Vickie then paid a lot of attention to make sure I got the correct lens.
My new glasses are excellent.

Also my wife had an eye infection and had an appointment with Jo who advised about treatment. On testing her eyes Jo found a problem with her eyes post cataract operation. She made a referral to have laser treatment. This has now been done and my wife's vision is greatly improved.

Always good to use an independent business and one which provides such a good service. The examinations are conducted smoothly and thoroughly with the reasons for tests explained. Technology is used to enhance and assist and does not seem to dominate. Excellent choice of spectacles with no pressure to spend lots. Good communications. I even enjoy the window displays.

As always the examinations and analysis by all concerned were carried out with so much professionalism, Joanne, Kirsty and Amanda, along with all the staff I came into contact with showed so much knowledge and helpful in assisting in deciding what I required and suited me. I had to have some new lenses fitted last Friday 14 July, the service was brilliant and very quick. I also had to then have my glasses adjusted to fit on Wednesday 19th July (I have always found new glasses take a few days to settle down, and then need adjusting).
I have to say Vicky was amazing. So very patient and very keen to make sure my glasses fitted properly, as well as having a happy bubbly manner.
I have found that the Customer Service Wardale Williams provide is exceptional, each staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and ensures that you leave happy with the service.
