The Staff ask well in advance whether you are able to use the stairs and if you arrive early they offer refreshment while clarifying how long you may need to wait.

I really can't thank Kirsty and the team at Wardale Williams for their help purchasing new varifocals recently. The optician was lovely; thorough, professional and friendly, and Kirsty was incredibly patient while I tried on dozens of frames attempting to find the 'perfect' pair - she even let me take frames home (probably because she feared I'd never leave the shop!!!) I eventually chose a gorgeous frame she had ordered in for me after a Google search, and I adore my new glasses!! Wonderful customer service, highly recommend Xx

Great service from the Sudbury branch from initial eye exam through to picking up my new glasses. Welcoming staff and good selection of frames. Amanda was great at helping me choose some frames and Vickie was excellent fitting my glasses and advising me on adjusting to wearing varifocals. Highly recommended.

This is the best opticians by far , clean proffessional and very friendly, you don’t feel like you are on a conveyor belt like some of the “ high street” places , comfortable environment and you even get a cuppa 😆😆😆 I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I had a lovely experience having my eyes tested and glasses purchase. The Optometrist and staff were very welcoming.<br>Kirsty was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a nice style and colour of glasses that suited me, very professional service.<br>Would recommend to others to come here for there eye check ups and glasses.

Went to Wardale Williams to have my sunglasses repaired. Although I have never used them before, Amanda and Graham were very helpful and repaired my sunglasses while I waited. I found the staff, incredibly friendly and helpful. The test was very thorough. The finished result was exactly what we wanted and on time. These products are never cheap but it's good to know there is somewhere that you get what you pay for. I recommend them to everyone.
