I have just had an optician's appointment with Wardale Williams in Sudbury and had an informative and caring experience. They phoned me to make an appointment and also a day before an email and telephone call occurred as a reminder. A nice personal touch.
I was looked after well, no queuing and with all their up today equipment Holly checked my eyes thoroughly and my vision. Luckily there was no need to change my glasses this time but they did clean the lenses and realigned my glasses that had become a bit mis-shapend since the last appointment two years ago. So all good and thank you to the team at Wardale Williams.

We have been going to Wardale Williams Opticians in Sudbury for a number of years to have our eyes checked. First class service and all the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the range of glasses extremely high quality. I would always recommend them to all our friends and colleagues. Just today I called in as I had sat on my glasses! and Amanda immediately said leave them with her and she would sort them, called back a few minutes later and they were all done. Great Opticians . I needed an urgent appointment as I developed a sudden double vision . Seen the same day and referred to hospital as I had a fourth nerve palsy which has now resolved .
