I have recently moved into the area and was very overdue an eye exam and new glasses. After checking reviews of local opticians I booked into Wardale Williams opticians.<br>From the first to last appointment I have been extremely impressed with the professional and friendly service that they provide.<br>Needless to say that I will be a customer for many years to come.

After my eye test on Saturday 25.11.23 at Sudbury , my experience was being welcomed by friendly front desk staff and being seen by Holly, a professional and honest optician. I was treated like an individual and not a statistic. Superb service from start to finish.

My initial visits were straight forward , I met Kirsty and Vickie they were friendly and professional at the same time. I was given all the help i needed from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them.<br>I ended up with some fabulous frames they look good and feel great ,everything I asked for. I recently had an eye test Wardale Williams, my first visit having recently moving into the Sudbury area. I was attracted first by the interesting window display and the frames they carried. The eye test was thorough and the feedback reassuring. I did need to update my prescription. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and offered a manageable range of options. My experience of my new glasses convinced me to have my sun glasses lenses updated too. A welcoming and comfortable environment.

I recently visited Wardale Williams in Sudbury to choose new frames. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Kirsty and the team there were welcoming and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and helped me find frames that suited my face shape. Overall, I highly recommend them.

Went into Sudbury branch convinced I would need glasses after six years free following cataract operation on both eyes. Delighted to say I was told that although my eyesight could be marginally tweaked with the aid of spectacles it was still more than adequate for reading and driving. After more than 55 years of spectacle/contact lens wearing I am overjoyed to be told that I still don't need them - at least not for the moment. I am genuinely touched by the honesty of the practice - had I been told I now needed glasses, I would have had no reason to doubt them - but also at the professionalism, politeness and punctuality of the entire experience from booking the appointment, to being seen bang on time, to having everything explained to me succinctly and professionally. I'm fairly sure at some time in the future I will once again have to wear a visual aid of one sort or another. When that time comes I will at least have the consolation of knowing where to go to get the best possible service. Very impressed indeed!!

Great local opticians in Sudbury. First visit for me as a new resident to the area. Not the cheapest place to get glasses but certainly the best experience. From the front of house receptionist to Vikki who helped me choose my frames, everyone was very welcoming. No feeling of being rushed (unlike some other opticians) and I was made to feel perfectly relaxed and at ease.<br>Thank you to all involved in my appointment.
