I was very pleased with the service given on my 1st visit by Rob, Amanda and Kirsy. On a 2nd visit where I called in hoping to get some advice I was lucky to see Mark who checked both of my eye's even though I had gone in about one. He was so helpful and gave me good advice. The wardale William's branch in sudbury is so welcoming and professional it has to be recognised. From the 1st appointment to collecting your perfectly suited frames is flawless . The team in sudbury are so helpful and attentive , they go far above the level expected.

Courteous helpful polite, but above all so friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble. Having been a customer for 30 years it has always been the same. Whenever I have a problem, they go out of their way to help.I would recommend Wardales and personally give them 10 stars!

Absolutely fantastic friendly service! I have snapped my frame and had an emergency. Wardale Williams were so lovely to swap lenses into another frame for free. Lovely staff, highly recommended.

The staff are so polite, always cheerful and always very helpful. Great selection of frames, staff never push you to buy expensive ones. When ever you go in, you are always made to feel important. Would recommend

I have been a patient here since 1980. The care and professional standards are second to none. Staff always efficient, friendly and experts in eye care. Since moving away from Sudbury, I travel a 3 hour round trip for appointments and it’s worth doing for the reassurance and peace of mind as well

Wonderful opticians: great service, fantastic selection of frames, and honest and open about pricing. It's great to go to an independent opticians that has a range of frames that you won't see elsewhere in the area (even if you personally don't need a new pair of frames). Very thorough eye test with the latest equipment that makes you feel in very safe hands. Thank you!

Such a friendly service with Jo who thoroughly tested my eyes explaining every aspect as she went. She put me totally at ease and even made the experience fun. I always worried about having my eyes tested but with Jo I felt fine.<br>Amanda then advised me in my selection of frames. I actually kept my driving specs the same but she will fit my new lenses while I wait so that I am able to carry on driving with them with the existing lenses. My new reading frames are really nice and Amanda was very thorough in her advise about them and measuring them so that they will fit perfectly. Amanda, was like Jo, was very efficient, kind and friendly giving a personal service which is important to me.<br>Having collected my new specs and had the lenses changed for driving I really feel the benefit of having my prescription updated.

I have found the service exceptional from the eye test to the help given in finding new frames. The modern equipment ensures that any problems are found before they become a problem.
