The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Staff were exceptional, friendly, and attentive. Food was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Portions were a good size considering the price, and our meal was one of the best Sunday roasts we've had. Highlights were the beef and stuffing that came with the chicken. We will definitely be returning.<br><br>We were recommended to come here by a friend, and we would happily recommend others to come as well.

it is always a pleasure to have a meal here Lovely food and service. Each time we have visited they have an excellent menu with different choices, we have never been disappointed. Welcoming staff and just the right vibe. A good pub garden also. If you go you will not be sorry.

We have visited The Crown several times and have always enjoyed the experience. The Gluten Free Fish and Chips are lovley đ Demi, Lana and Lola were amazing servers.

I think The Crown does the best roast dinner in the area - I really canât praise it highly enough. Great portions, delicious veg and a huge Yorkshire pudding with extra gravy - and I had the rhubarb and apple crumble with custard for dessert - 5 stars for that on its own! The staff were friendly, efficient, attentive and always very welcoming.

We visited this pub with our dog whilst staying on a local campsite Brighthouse Farm. The owner highly recommended this establishment and we were not disappointed highly recommended

Made feel incredibly welcome. Great buzz of locals and others, very busy whilst we were there. Fantastic classic country pub. Great food, cheery helpful staff. Good portions are large. Saved room for dessert!

Waited for 15 mins at bar to get served with drinks...there's a beam and two ladies behind bar neither thought about checking if we would like a drink.strange being a pub.also we sat at a table and thought about having a meal but the manager was talking to the couple on the next table but never thought about clearing our table.

We love this place for a Sunday pint, either in the lovely large garden or by the cosy gorgeous fire. Dog friendly and nice staff. Be nice to have some more vegan options on the menu. Lovely old traditional pub in a beautiful setting. Gets busy on Sundays so advise to book.

We had booked a table somewhere else but their was not open. On tbe off chance we rang the Crown and they was able to squeeze us in for the lunch sitting. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food was very nice would recommend.

When served the food was good but although told we had to wait 20 minutes for the pie it was more like 3/4 hr. We didnt have time to wait for dessert. Friendly service but too slow.

Lovely pub, pizza oven in the garden in summer, fireworks in November. Very nice food, and brew their own delicious beer (sister site in Ingham).
