Ed Sweeney/Project Environmental Services
Having used the same solicitor for over forty years, who had become both a friend and colleague. “Hard act to follow “ as mentioned when first introduced to Jody.
But pleasantly surprised with her professionalism and efficiency.
Still using her services on another sale and hopefully will continue to do so as we sell off our portfolio of both residential and commercial properties.
I’m very black and white, but credit where credit is due. Well done.

Helpful & supportive
We used this firm over a decade ago when we bought our first house & trusted them enough to use them again when selling our house & buying another. They have been very helpful & supportive through the whole stressful process. Would recommend for neurodivergent people as they are always happy to explain & reassure. Always felt they were doing their best for us.

Very happy with the service from Maia, she was very friendly and patient with me, always asking if there was anything else I needed, Maia gave me all the information and afforded me the time to digest and decide the way forward. I never felt rushed at all. A very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend.

Efficient and capapble; and most importantly able to communicate it
Conveyancing is a journey than often ends up being so much longer than anticipated, yet Georgina was there every step of the way keeping the process rolling, checking the details and managing obstacles as they arose. Thank you so much.

Clear, Concise and Professional
We were so pleased with the service we recieved. Advice was clear and accurate. We approached Atkins Dellow for our LPAs and our Wills. In both sets of discussions, we found Nicola and the team to be very professional, yet friendly and approachable. It has been a pleasure dealing with them and we would recomment them. We would certainly return to them in the future.
Thank you for making the journey with us through what might have been very difficult terrain, a reassuring and supportive experience.

Excellent solicitor. Extremely thorough and diligent.
The purchase of my flat threw up many complications which were handled by Georgina thoroughly and explained to me in plain English. There was a very last minute situation the day before completion, completely the fault of the seller and their solicitors, which Georgina dealt with extremely efficiently and with a professional force that made me feel assured that I would be safe, despite the threats of the seller’s solicitors. I was recommended Georgina by a friend, and would whole heartedly recommend her and Atkins Dellow in the future.
