Completed sale of No 2 Manor Farm Drive, Beyton, BSE, IP30 9GQ
I have recently completed the sale on my father’s property in Beyton, BSE.
I have used Georgina Jones, Senior Associate Solicitor from AtkinsDellow in the past for the sale of my own property and was so happy with the service I received, that I wanted to use her again to help sell my father’s property.
Everything went exceedingly smoothly and I was regularly kept in contact re progress of the house sale and any outstanding issues that needed to be addressed.
The exchange of contracts and final completion of house sale went extremely smoothly and what can sometimes be a very anxious process was indeed in my experience relatively pain free!!!
I would certainly recommend Georgina Jones as a highly competent solicitor in supporting you through the bureaucratic process of selling your/ or someone else’s home.
Thumbs up Georgina and thanks for all your support and guidance throughout the sale of my dad’s property, very much appreciated.

Excellent experience with Georgina jones!
Georgina acted in my purchase of a property in south London. It was a complicated purchase which she handled with care and skill. She always made time to give advice and updates. I felt in safe hands with Georgina, and would definitely instruct her again. She was easy to work with and made an intimidating process less so with her calm and measured approach. Thanks so much!

Great experience - Emily and Mia were great
Emily and Mia were fantastic throughout the purchase of my first home. They made the whole conveyancing process feel easy and stress-free, handled everything efficiently on my behalf, and took care of matters promptly. The fees quoted upfront were exactly what I paid, with no hidden extras or unexpected costs, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and transparent conveyancing team.

House move
Georgina helped us with the sale of our house in Bury St Edmunds and purchase of our new house in Surrey. We were impressed with the efficiency with which our matters were dealt with, and the efficiency of the staff generally at Atkins Dellow. Our phone calls were always answered promptly, and enquiries dealt with quickly. Georgina always dealt with the matters herself, but when she was on holiday, our files were dealt with very competently by her assistant, Katie. We would be happy to recommend this firm.

Over service was excellent as it was Lucy when I finally got to talk to her
Overall, I’m very grateful for her efficiency and involvement. The only problem was that she was often slow in getting back to me and I often had to chase her which was stressful. Sometimes it took a long time for anyone there to answer the phone as well. However, when I did talk to her, she was brilliant in every respect.
