Feedback on our recent experience
We used Emma at Atkins Dellow Halesworth as our conveyancing Solicitor for the sale and purchase of our new home. Emma and her assistant Kate were marvellous, really helpful, supportive and professional throughout the process offering assistance when needed, answering any queries we had explaining things when we weren’t quite sure of what was meant or needed.
On the day of completion Emma had to pull out all the stops when our mortgage lender had transferred the funds over to the wrong bank account! All the extra effort and further work that went into ensuring we could move in under licence so we weren’t left homeless on the said day. Even though it was a really long exhausting stressful day for us, we were extremely grateful to Emma & Kate for all their efforts and perseverance in turning what was beginning to feel and look like a disastrous day into a happy ending:). Emma came good and showed her good natured side when it was so very needed so thank you so very much again to Emma & also to Kate.
Yours sincerely

Straightforward Transaction - Great service
Once survey was completed all went pretty smoothly and quickly as promised.
We found Emily Kate and the team most helpful and we really appreciated the two calls from client care, they were most helpful and very reassuring given we hadn't sold or purchased in many years.

Great experience, professional and clear.
Emily carried out conveyance work for a house purchase. Communication was great as always, and we completed at pace. Having had a continued positive experience working with Emily and the team I would thoroughly recommend Atkins Dellow, and will return in the future.

Selling our last rental house
We knew Atkins Dellow would do a great job, having already sold one other rental property handled by Emily Isted and also a piece of land at auction handled by Simon Button. Emily and her team kept us so well informed at every stage and were very helpful at all times. Emily even came to see us in Colin’s care home to prevent me having to make the journey out to Low Green.

Good overall experience
Overall it was good experience in that we got the result we wanted and within a reasonable time frame. This was our 10th house move even though the last one ws 22 years ago. We get the impression that conveyancing has changed a great deal in the intervening years with much now following a formulaic pattern.
In the past we have enjoyed a great deal more personal communication whereas today it seems to be much more email based. It works although I prefer the more personal touch of verbal communication and regular progress updates.
The involvement of Georgina's team member Kate Barker helped redress this balance enormously and she regularly provided that useful point of contact as well as the occasional ressurance.
Atkins Dellow were in the middle of introducing new computer and process systems and this certainly slowed things down. However Georgina's team ploughed on through this and got us to where we needed to be with a smooth completion process
