Excellent service for our move
From my initial phone call for a quote through to our completion date Ingrid Alexander was great, so friendly, competent and professional. She made the whole process seem easy and it flowed well. The rest of the team, including Kaitlyn, Sarah and Cordelia were the same, very competent and responsive when we had questions. We are really glad we chose this firm to handle our sale and purchase for us. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to family or friends.

Superb as ever!
My partner and I recently took the exciting step of purchasing our first property together. Having been through the process on my own before, fortunately, I knew exactly who to turn to. Jody once again exceeded all expectations, and she and her team worked tirelessly to ensure everything progressed smoothly and our purchase completed without issue.
We are truly grateful for their dedication and support throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend Jody and her team to anyone seeking reliable and professional conveyancing services.
Thank you,
Max and James

Management of property sale
Emily Isted managed the sale of my property.
I really appreciated her agreeing to a half- hour telephone call to run through issues raised by the vendor/solicitors.
This was done on a Friday, when I am sure she was busy on completions. However, it saved so much time in the long run and ensured all aspects were covered ready for exchange of contracts.
Personally called me when monies received on completion which was reassuring as I had left the property vacant and ready for purchaser.

Honest review
Not as efficient as last time we used them . Didn’t respond to e mails and got a couple of things wrong because e mails hadn’t been read.

Settlement Agreement
Adrian and the team were easy to deal with. Conveniently located office on the edge of town with parking outside made it quick and easy to pop in. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Adrian was quick to respond and easy to talk to when needed. Completely satisfied when dealing with the AD team.

Efficient, responsive and supportive.
AtkinsDellow acted for us in selling our property and the purchase of a new-build bungalow. From the start Ingrid Alexander impressed us with her guidance and support and gradually we were introduced to other members of the team, namely Sarah Bowling and Katelyn Butcher who were equally professional and helpful. Maia Creed is also acting for us in drawing up new Wills and once again she has shown the support and forbearance that has been truly appreciated.
Inspite of having to withdraw from an original purchase, Ingrid and her team still managed to maintain our original ‘pencilled in’ Completion date on our revised purchase and that was done in one day less than four weeks! Estate Agents involved were highly impressed with the speed of both sale and purchase and Landex, the builder of the new property, were also impressed.
The guidance, the support, the efficiency and the friendliness were evident throughout the whole process and AtkinsDellow should be proud of this team of professionals!

Moving our elderly parents
A big shout out to Jody and her team for their help with our parents move to a bungalow in Sudbury. It's naturally stressful moving yourself but even worse when doing it for someone else. Jody was very prompt at responding to our queries which has not always been the case with other solicitors.
