Wills Sorted
We had one or two slightly unusual requests and Edward was able to talk us through the various intricacies that our requests presented. This was all done and explained in clear and understandable layman’s language. Without Edwards expert knowledge we would not have understood some of the ramifications of our requests. Although making a will is not fun, the whole process was made as enjoyable as making a will can be. Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently and at what we believe was a very reasonable price. All in all we would highly recommend the services of Atkins Dellow of Whiting Street, Bury st Edmunds and in particular that the help offered by Edward Ling.

Very good! We needed our Wills updated. Good advice was received on the first consultation via Zoom.
The execution of the Wills and Power of Attorney was prompt and efficient.
Our existing Wills were 10 years old and it was an exhausting experience back then to get them written using another solicitor!

I’m so glad I chose to use Atkins dellow for my house sale and purchase.
I didn’t really know who to choose, so I chose because I liked the sound of younger, enthusiastic solicitors who wouldn't baffle me with legal terms. Also because they were within driving distance so I could take documents in directly, rather than rely on the post, and because they charged a fair price.
What I didn’t expect was the personal touch I received.They returned calls/emails promptly, all my questions were answered, often many back and forth during one day if warranted.
I never felt hurried or a nuisance, which was amazing considering there were so many delays and problems along the way. The whole process took 9 months, and it was very stressful. None I hasten to add were caused by my estate agent or solicitors .
I learnt that conveyancing can be a fraught business. I finally bought my 3rd property. The first 2 properties fell through for various reasons, but Tricia and Sarah at Atkins dellow worked swiftly and efficiently in dealing with all 3 .
That said, there were many times when I was at my wits end, but both were mindful of how stressful the situation was, and for that I am extremely grateful to them.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Tricia and Sarah for all their hard work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Atkins dellow for anyone who is buying or selling a property.

Help with an exit plan compromise agreement

We had a protracted sale due to soaring prices in the market just after lock down, we couldn't fine a anything we like at a sensible price so we decided to pull out and wait.
