I would give Callum 10 starts if I could
I was supposed to write this months ago (apologies to Callum for the delay)
Callum is nothing but professional and courteous!
He assisted me with my property purchase from September to 1 December and I truly believe if it wasn't for Callum (and Trisha) professionalism and resilience - I wouldn't have completed on my property. His communication throughout the entire process was amazing. He talked me through every step and broke everything down so I understood everything. He completed all the necessary processes his team needed to complete with such quickness - I was truly amazed and so thankful for his assistance.
I'll 100% be recommending Callum to my friends and family when they start their property journeys.

House sale
Really professional in the face of multiple challenges and obstacles relating to the sale of the property and focused on finding solutions and doing so in a timely manner. On several occasions Atkins Dellow and Georgina were several steps ahead of the buyers solicitor in being ready to proceed.

Redundancy Support
Adrian is a straight shooter and provided effective and timely input and support for what is often a challenging and stressful redundancy process.
He clearly has experienced in these matters and was able to help me focus on what contractual and legal obligations my employer had and what my rights were given my tenture.
He and his supporting team communicated effectively throughout the process which resulted in a rapid closure on an agreement.

Fantastic service and support
Emily was fantastic. The support and service she provided for us through the house buying process was outstanding. We had to complete the process twice due to our original vendor pulling out of the sale. Although heartbreaking at the time Emily was on hand to help us through the process the second time around.

Beyond exemplary!
We contacted Atkins Dellow for advice on an HR issue. We were connected with Adrian and from that point everything was just excellent. From the outset, the time and advice that Adrian gave was the most supportive and sympathetic and all the processes involved in our issue were dealt with supremely efficiently and accurately. We always knew at what stage we were at, what the cost implications were and what next steps and possible outcomes were available. Adrian's communications with the employer were extremely professional and with his help we were able to arrive at the best solution possible for us.
If anyone is needing advice and support for any employment or human resourcing issues, we would recommend Adrian and the Atkins Dellow team in a heartbeat. Amazing work!
