Excellent service - Transfer of Equity
Ingrid was excellent in assisting us with our transfer of equity. We were under some time constraints to complete our transfer and Ingrid was efficient, prompt and extremely helpful responding to all queries. After a bad experience with a different legal firm she was a breath of fresh air! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience
Georgina has been truly amazing as my solicitor throughout the entire house-buying process. We discovered some relatively complex issues with the house I was looking to buy, and Georgina was extremely knowledgeable, patient, great at explaining legal information, and responsive. Ultimately we were able to overcome the challenge thanks to Georgina, so I'm very grateful. Whenever I spoke with the rest of the team, they were also consistently professional and friendly – thank you all.

Excellent service
This is the third time Emily has handled conveyances for us - 2 purchases and one sale. Each time she and the team have been very thorough and responded to the many questions raised during the process. She is polite, professional and very patient in explaining the intricacies of property law.
We have used Atkins Dellow for other legal matters and have found everyone to be very friendly and helpful in guiding the layperson through the legal minefield!
