Successful sale and purchase
Staff friendly and helpful and brought the task to successful conclusion. A couple of omissions on my part were not picked up until late in the process but this ultimately did not affect the outcome

Excellent advice and everyone was kind and helpful, although the process was little slow. The payment app was not fit for purpose.

We are really happy! and appreciated all your time and effort with us; ensuring we understood the process in laymen's terms - Nothing was trouble, we even popped into the office a couple of times. You were very patient with us.

This house move was fraught with obstacles and delays by the buyer's solicitor's procrastination and inertia. Atkins Dellow did well in trying to get the exchange of contracts done in the agreed time- frame. The fact that it did not happen in the time- frame was no fault of Atkins Dellow.

A breath of fresh air!
It’s been a difficult job but she was truly amazing, and I can’t speak more highly. There are no words to express how wonderful this lady is. You need to look after and cherish her she is a true diamond.

We honestly can’t thank Jessica enough for all her help with the purchase of our house.
From the very beginning, she has been fantastic. Buying a house can be a stressful process, with lots of questions and things to deal with, but Jessica has always been there to help, explain things clearly and put our minds at ease.
She has been incredibly approachable, patient and professional throughout, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. Whenever we’ve needed an update or had a question, she has been quick to respond and always made us feel like we were in safe hands.
It’s been a pleasure dealing with her, and we really appreciate all the hard work she has put in to help get our purchase over the line.
We would 100% recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a solicitor. She has been brilliant from start to finish, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after us.

The team provided documents in good time and covered necessary forms. My only complaintswould be that we asked for more information about potential surface water flooding and received no update and we queried the fact that Bennett Homes quoted 2 figures for permissions for work in different documents.

Jessica Smith - Exceptional Service
I am here to thank Jessica Smith at Atkins Dellow in Sudbury/BSE for her support in completing the sale of our flat in London. For us, selling to the sitting tenant should have been a straightforward transaction. However, the purchaser did not have English as a first language, nor any idea about how the sale and purchase process operates. Ergo, they employed a representative to act on their behalf who was unreliable at best and obstructive at worst, and then solicitors whose responses and response times were equally unhelpful. I have experienced many property transactions as a buyer and seller, and worked as an Estate Agent, and never experienced a solicitor with such a highly developed customer service gene which has been much appreciated throughout this overly complex case, as has the wise counsel Jess provided at every twist and turn. Highly recommended.
