Many thanks to ian for a great service from Ashcroft Carpet Cleaning. We contacted a couple of local cleaners when faced with the need for to find a way of removing marker pen and a stain from an acoustic panel at our charity community facility. One stated it couldn't be fixed without even offering to come and look, whereas Ian came out, thoroughly assessed the situation and then took the panel away for cleaning. He even offered 'no fix no fee'. The board is now back less than a week later and looking as good as new. We're delighted at the money saved by not having to replace the panel and all achieved by using a highly professional local business.
