We visited today to get my 7-year-old daughter, Melek’s ears pierced, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were genuinely kind, patient, and highly professional. They made my daughter feel completely at ease throughout the whole process.

Had a great hour taking a small boat out onto the river. The instruction gives you all the information you need to operate the boat (it's easy - you just need to get the knack of how much to turn the steering wheel). The stretch of river is very beautiful - lovely willow trees, lilies, bullrushes and wildlife. The river is not too busy and it is wide enough to pass other boat traffic. The experience was wonderful - both the agency of driving a boat, and the natural environment and the way the team made it go so smoothly. As Ratty said in Wind in the Willows "there is nothing half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats". A reminder to people hiring the boat to bring it back at the agreed time so that the next slot is not kept waiting.
