Having dealt with giggs for the 2nd time I once again can’t fault anything at all. We have recently both purchased a property and sold a property with Giggs & Co and despite some initial buyer issues, everything has been smooth since the initial enquiry.<br><br>From answering what must be very simple daft questions, to giving us regular and timely updates, the team have been great, especially Vicky who has always been on the end of the phone when needed.<br><br>Vicky really has been brilliant and is very friendly, approachable and professional and it has been nothing but a pleasure to work with her.<br><br>Thank you guys!

We recently purchased our next house through Giggs.<br><br>India was absolutely amazing showing us round the property and was extremely professional and friendly! India even accommodated for us to come round after our offer had been accepted to measure up for certain things.<br><br>Throughout the whole process Giggs helped chase down our sale and sent regular ‘chasers’ to the agent we were selling our old property through. Sophie provided us with meaningful prompt updates and was very helpful!<br><br>The whole experience with Giggs was a delight!

I started my house buying journey almost 12 months ago and bought into the area covered by Giggs (St Neots.)<br>I was introduced to Joe Perrin and he supported me through the entire process to completion.<br>After finding a property with Giggs, Joe guided me through every step.<br>Difficulties along the way prolonged the process but Joe and the Giggs team kept in contact and kept myself and their vendor fully informed.<br>Despite being the agent for my purchase, Joe and the team helped me to understand and promote the selling process too. Having used Joe on a previous occasion, I had no reason to look anywhere to sell my property. From Ollie who valued through to Joe and India who both presented my property to prodpected buyers. The communication, enthusiasm and professionalism cannot be faulted. India was brilliant the minute she found a buyer. A caring team, in particular India and Sophie, (although Joe was also working furiously in the background!) who did a huge amount of additional work to get the house to exchange in the time frame we needed. They communicated well with both ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors involved. If we were staying local we’d definitely use them again! Thank you.

My wife and I viewed three of their properties in a two hour slot, India, the girl who was showing us the properties arrived on time, and was very informed about each property, even though one of them had not been released for general viewing yet. She was able to answer all of our questions, and knew the area well.<br>Unfortunately we were viewing for a second choice, as we were all ready after a house with a different agent, which we actually managed to secure. I just wish that property had been with Giggs and co, as I feel the communication would have been much more straightforward.<br>I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend them, and if I ever sell this house, it will be through their office.

We had a monster of a move. Three different buyers and, after our original “dream home” fell through Giggs helped us find another one that is just as great. We finally moved into our new home after almost a year of struggles - not helped by COVID of course! There was a lot of frustration for all but I have to say that the way Joe Perrin at Giggs handled things was first class. He clearly cares about his work and, although he had his hands full with our chain, was brilliant - giving us a nudge when we needed to do things and chasing around for what must have been the best part of six months to see it finally over the line.
