The difference between Giggs and other Estate Agents is their energy and proactivity. For us, this manifested as generating huge interest as our property was launched, at a price point we were very comfortable with. This relentless energy led to 9 viewings and offers on the table within a week. We put much of this success down to integrity - they are straight talking and spoke about the appeals and reservations of the property with us and buyers alike.<br>After sales, the same high level of service continued. We had a short yet demanding chain where not everyone was always on the same page. Giggs was the glue that kept it together, demonstrating accomplished stakeholder management which combined with their well developed professional network meant they could turn problems into opportunities. We can't recommend the team enough.

We're currently in the process of buying a property with Giggs & Co.<br>Vicky has been our main point of contact and has been extremely helpful from day one, she always responds to calls or emails quickly and arranged additional viewings promptly for us. Our first viewing of the property was arranged within minutes of sending a request through the website! After our offer was accepted Vicky has offered assistance along the way if/when we need it, I can't fault the communication from Giggs at all.<br><br>India showed us around on our initial viewing and was able to answer any questions that we had, and since having our offer accepted Sophie has been great at keeping us updated along the way.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Giggs & Company to anyone!

Moving house is probably one of the most stressful things you do in your lifetime, but using Giggs & Company made the process less stressful. They were there at the begining and the end of the journey, offering good professional sound advice along the way, to smooth out the bumps and put your mind at rest. We had regular updates and questions we raised were answered very quickly through their WhatsApp group. The staff were very friendly and approachable. We put our house up for sale through Giggs and Company and was very impressed with the professional and quality of service provided. Once we had a valuation conducted, the process in getting the house on the market was conducted in a professional and timely manner, with excellent communications and customer liaison provided. The brochure put together with the video tour were generated to a very high standard, which gave potential buyers a great insight to the property. We brought and sold with giggs. Brought with india in st neots. Was warm and welcoming and couldnt do enough to help. Unlike some estate agents she wasnt just looking for a quick sale, she made sure we found our perfect home and the best deal for all parties!<br><br>Sold my home through garth in Bedford complete professional and house fell through due to no fault of theres he was on the ball to make sure that it was back on the market and lots of interest again.<br><br>Both of them are a credit to their company. Definitely recommend using giggs
