My mother has just won her offer to buy a house here in St Neots with the help of this local company Giggs & co. We would like to mention that this was all made possible by agent Dan Clarke who was helpful and efficient on my mother’s journey to finding happiness in a new home. From the very beginning showing us around the first property we viewed, Dan took the time to listen and understood my mother’s thoughts and feelings with regards to what she wanted in a new home. Within the first day after her first viewing of a property, Dan went above and beyond our expectations by allowing my mother to view a further two properties unscheduled without rushing and answering every question she had honestly and adequately. In the end only a few days later Dan had found the perfect house for my mother which he even came to show her on his day off which in our opinion shows a true dedication in helping people! My mother is now in the process of her house purchase within just days of starting her house hunt, and although it was quick - she didn’t feel pressured at any point along the way. We would recommend anyone looking for the right property to buy to go and see Dan at Giggs & co - he will listen to your needs and find you the perfect place!

The choice we did was right, Giggs sold the house in 2-3 weeks and when the chain was completed, we managed to finish it in 10 weeks just a few days before the end of Stamp Duty Holiday!!

All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They always returned calls and kept the sale on track. I didn’t have to chase the solicitors at all as they all communicated so well. I was very impressed, especially considering I lost out on two previous properties because other companies were not so helpful or proactive. A big thank you to everyone there for a stress free purchase!

From the moment I went into Giggs & Co I was greeted by warm & friendly staff, I was introduced to Vicky who has dealt with me the whole way through, along with Luke, I couldn’t have ask for a more friendlier young lady and who made me feel I was in good hands and that they really were working for me and I wasn’t just a job. I can’t thank Vicky enough for everything she did for me, any questions or doubts I had, Vicky answered them quickly and kept me informed throughout and also kept her word, she made me feel relaxed and confident in the decision I was making, without her support, professionalism and friendly approach the process wouldn’t have been as easy as it was. The difference between Giggs and other Estate Agents is their energy and proactivity. For us, this manifested as generating huge interest as our property was launched, at a price point we were very comfortable with. This relentless energy led to 9 viewings and offers on the table within a week. We put much of this success down to integrity - they are straight talking and spoke about the appeals and reservations of the property with us and buyers alike.<br>After sales, the same high level of service continued. We had a short yet demanding chain where not everyone was always on the same page. Giggs was the glue that kept it together, demonstrating accomplished stakeholder management which combined with their well developed professional network meant they could turn problems into opportunities. We're currently in the process of buying a property with Giggs & Co.<br>Vicky has been our main point of contact and has been extremely helpful from day one, she always responds to calls or emails quickly and arranged additional viewings promptly for us. Our first viewing of the property was arranged within minutes of sending a request through the website! After our offer was accepted Vicky has offered assistance along the way if/when we need it, I can't fault the communication from Giggs at all.<br><br>India showed us around on our initial viewing and was able to answer any questions that we had, and since having our offer accepted Sophie has been great at keeping us updated along the way.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Giggs & Company to anyone!
