Having dealt with giggs for the 2nd time I once again can’t fault anything at all. From the get go we were kept upto date on anything that happened and when things seemed to slow down through no fault of their own they were on it and got things moving again.

We have recently both purchased a property and sold a property with Giggs & Co and despite some initial buyer issues, everything has been smooth since the initial enquiry.
From answering what must be very simple daft questions, to giving us regular and timely updates, the team have been great, especially Vicky who has always been on the end of the phone when needed.
Vicky really has been brilliant and is very friendly, approachable and professional and it has been nothing but a pleasure to work with her.

My partner and i are currently in the process of buying our first home through Giggs & Co, I could not recommend them enough. We have mainly dealt with Vicky who has been amazing. Very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile, checking in to make sure we are ok and if she can help in any way. We have no experience in this area and Vicky made us feel at ease and is very approachable. It has been a pleasure.

We recently purchased our next house through Giggs.
India was absolutely amazing showing us round the property and was extremely professional and friendly! India even accommodated for us to come round after our offer had been accepted to measure up for certain things.
Throughout the whole process Giggs helped chase down our sale and sent regular ‘chasers’ to the agent we were selling our old property through. Sophie provided us with meaningful prompt updates and was very helpful!
The whole experience with Giggs was a delight!

What a breathe of fresh air. The process was seamless, photos, marketing, communication, negotiation... everything! I couldn't be happier with the service I've received . On deciding to move and have a few estate agents value our property, we were put at ease straight away with Ollie and knew we were in good hands. Jack had the hardest job, what with all our questions and problems with the top of the chain and then covid. Jack was amazing and kept us informed all the way and we managed to move to our ideal home with his help. Would thoroughly recommend and use again. Having used Joe on a previous occasion, I had no reason to look anywhere to sell my property. From Ollie who valued through to Joe and India who both presented my property to prodpected buyers. We had a monster of a move. Three different buyers and, after our original “dream home” fell through Giggs helped us find another one that is just as great. We finally moved into our new home after almost a year of struggles - not helped by COVID of course! There was a lot of frustration for all but I have to say that the way Joe Perrin at Giggs handled things was first class. He clearly cares about his work and, although he had his hands full with our chain, was brilliant - giving us a nudge when we needed to do things and chasing around for what must have been the best part of six months to see it finally over the line. A big thanks Joe 👍

A caring team, in particular India and Sophie, (although Joe was also working furiously in the background!) who did a huge amount of additional work to get the house to exchange in the time frame we needed. They communicated well with both ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors involved. If we were staying local we’d definitely use them again! Thank you.

My wife and I viewed three of their properties in a two hour slot, India, the girl who was showing us the properties arrived on time, and was very informed about each property, even though one of them had not been released for general viewing yet. She was able to answer all of our questions, and knew the area well.
Unfortunately we were viewing for a second choice, as we were all ready after a house with a different agent, which we actually managed to secure. I just wish that property had been with Giggs and co, as I feel the communication would have been much more straightforward.
I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend them, and if I ever sell this house, it will be through their office.

I recently sold and purchased through Giggs & McGrath - they were utterly brilliant. Their communication was fantastic and 2 month from the date we listed on market, we moved into our new home. They sold our house in less than a week. Declan especially was great, he never stops working! Would not hesitate to use again or to recommend.
