On deciding to move and have a few estate agents value our property, we were put at ease straight away with Ollie and knew we were in good hands. Jack had the hardest job, what with all our questions and problems with the top of the chain and then covid. Jack was amazing and kept us informed all the way and we managed to move to our ideal home with his help. Would thoroughly recommend and use again. I recently sold and purchased through Giggs & McGrath - they were utterly brilliant. Their communication was fantastic and 2 month from the date we listed on market, we moved into our new home. The team at Giggs and Co made buying a house a pleasure and a truly lovely experience, I’ve been shown around houses by a few other estate agents in the area but Giggs and Co are in another league, their attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism and friendliness really is second to none, I really can’t recommend them enough and even though the whole team were exceptional, Joe went well above and beyond the call of duty for us and nothing was to much trouble for him. We’ve just bought our dream home through Giggs & Co, and I can only wish I sold my previous property with them too. Absolutely faultless. Eric kept great communication with me throughout the process, always at the end of the phone for any questions I had. He is reliable, friendly, supportive and above all, he makes you feel like a human, not just a sale. Emma in the After Sales team was also amazing, always keeping me up to date with the chain even though I wasn’t selling through them. My house was photographed and sold within a week, in fact it sold after the first day of viewings-with all the viewers putting in an offer.
Eric Is unlike pretty much every single estate agent I’ve ever met; he’s honest, exceptional at his job, responsive, and is great at looking after all of the details involved in a move.
Clearly I’d recommend using him to sell your house or to find you the house of your dreams.

It was a rather long and protracted affair simply because of the prevailing market conditions and being part of a chain but from the moment that we booked our first viewing to the moment that we agreed the deal Caroline, the agent, was brilliant - keeping the communications channels open and being super responsive to our needs.

We used Giggs and company when we sold our flat and purchased the house we are currently living in. The service they provided was outstanding, we dealt with Ollie during the whole process and it was faultless! Their attitude towards customer care is outstanding, always going out of their way, and can’t do enough for you to ensure your sale and purchase goes through so smoothly. We’ve been in our house for 5 years and it’s time for us to move on. It was without question that we would use Giggs again for our house sale, and again, they have not failed to excel in their superb customer service. My wife and I interviewed three different estate agents when selling our house in September 2018 and felt most comfortable with Eric from Giggs & Co and decided to go with him. We are glad that we did as Eric went above and beyond in his service level when producing the brochure, arranging viewings, showing the property and then following up afterwards with prospective buyers to negotiate a sale.
Eric was personable, calm, thorough and followed through on his word and as such we had confidence in Eric at every stage of the process. Once the sale was agreed both Eric and Emma were instrumental in ensuring the sale completed. Definitely recommended if you are looking to buy or sell anywhere near St Neots.

We sold our house recently through Giggs and I have to say they were fantastic the whole way through the process! The photos were amazing and despite selling towards the end of October, we had lots of viewings and accepted an offer within 5 weeks. I’d like to thank Giggs but especially Jack, Eric and Emma for all their hard work. Nothing was too much for them and they kept in touch with regular updates. I would whole heartedly recommend Giggs to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Eric Shram and the team were brilliant. Eric was the first genuine agent we'd met whilst searching for a house. We purchased the property from Eric after several back and forth negotiations and his communication throughout was second to none. He and the team provide a personal service and the exchange process was treated as priority through to completion via Emma. Completion day came with a nice touch and the keys were handed over in style! Eric still owes me a baby-carrier though... I am sure the other agents are just as good as Eric, so please do use Giggs and Co!

I had my house listed with an online agent (Purple Bricks) for around 8 weeks, and in that period (and with 2 price reductions) I achieved the grand total of ZERO viewings.
I gained an interest in a property listed by Giggs and co, and was immediately impressed with Eric who showed me around the house. He was down to earth, professional, and more than anything, just a really nice chap, who listened to my wants and needs, and understood what I was trying to achieve through open questioning.
Eric persuaded me to list my own house with Giggs, and insisted that it was very saleable, and his confidence inspired me to do so. Eric and Giggs didn't disappoint. Within a fortnight, I had struck a deal on both the property I viewed, and the sale of my own property, and since that date I have been kept up to date on a regular basis with how everything is proceeding. The communication really has been second to none, and that alone is worth it's weight in gold!
My experience in the property market tells me that not enough agents are concerned about the customer experience, and this isn't true of Giggs. It feels like the company care, and with Eric they have a real asset in terms of his sales skills and customer focus.
