I have recently completed both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new apartment with Giggs. The journey had its ups and downs for different reasons, as well as toing and froing with solicitors, but through it all I was kept informed every step of the way by Dan, Ollie or others from the Team. From the evaluation to completion they were friendly and professional and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend Giggs & Co if you are considering either buying or selling. Thank you all guys!

It was nice to view a house where we were not rushed. Vicky was lovely, very professional and answered all our questions.<br>Sophie from the progression team was outstanding even though not our agent she kept us up to date on movements within the chain and touched base with us on a weekly basis, which our agent didn't do at all.<br>Can recomend Giggs & Co 100% to purchase a property through and if I ever move again I will definitely be using them as my selling agent.<br>Top team many thanks to you all especially Sophie

I cannot recommend Giggs highly enough. From Oli's first visit when he valued my property (it was more than I was expecting and that price was achieved!), to Ashley who made the sale within 24 hours and to all the people I dealt with in the office subsequently; they kept me informed of progress and assisted whenever they could. Excellent job.

After much deliberation we went with Giggs for our house sale. They have been great from the start. Dan was quick with getting back to us after the viewings and everyone we have dealt with has been polite and helpful at all times. We would highly recommend. Having now exchanged, the service that Sophie has provided has been second to none, she has kept us informed at all times and been great at liaising with all concerned. It took a lot of stress out of the process.

Have just exchanged contracts on a purchase through Giggs. A special mention to Vicky the estate agent who showed us round the property and kept us informed and was lovely to liase with. Sophie also kept us up to date with all progress throughout the purchase, and constantly chased the sellers and solicitors whenever needed - it took a while for everything to happen and I genuinely don't think we would have kept our offer if it wasn't for Sophie regular updates and assistance with everything. Responses from everyone at Giggs were always super quick so thank you.

We used Giggs and Company to sell and buy our new property in 2020. The whole experience was surprisingly stress free (almost!) Our agent Dan Clarke was always at the end of the phone when we needed him. Everything ran smoothly and everyone we dealt with at Giggs was professional and friendly. Dan Clarke gave me and my fiancée so much help in finding our first property! He was very professional without being to formal which made us feel very comfortable straight away, he held our hand through the whole process and responded to all of our queries right away. Giggs were used by my seller, but they went above and beyond to support me , as the buyer. I will definitely consider using Giggs myself, when I need an estate agent next. Giggs & Co, and in particular Ollie have been absolutely super through-out our house hunting search. Ollie came out twice to value our property over the last 12 months, and both times was professional, friendly and helpful. Despite selling our house privately, Ollie has been super attentive in offering advice, guidance and most importantly keeping us at the forefront of his mind when houses which we would be interested in have come to market. We met Dan Clarke for a couple of viewings, he was very friendly and pleasant and made us feel at ease, he had listened to what we wanted and without needing to view countless homes our decision was made, he was very proffesional and understood his clients needs from start to finish.
