Having used Joe on a previous occasion, I had no reason to look anywhere to sell my property. From Ollie who valued through to Joe and India who both presented my property to prodpected buyers. The communication, enthusiasm and professionalism cannot be faulted. India was brilliant the minute she found a buyer. Thank you all, just sorry I moving so far away, as I would of tried to buy through. You all made the stress of moving feel easy and stress free!

A caring team, in particular India and Sophie, (although Joe was also working furiously in the background!) who did a huge amount of additional work to get the house to exchange in the time frame we needed. They communicated well with both ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors involved. If we were staying local we’d definitely use them again! Thank you.

My wife and I viewed three of their properties in a two hour slot, India, the girl who was showing us the properties arrived on time, and was very informed about each property, even though one of them had not been released for general viewing yet. She was able to answer all of our questions, and knew the area well.
Unfortunately we were viewing for a second choice, as we were all ready after a house with a different agent, which we actually managed to secure. I just wish that property had been with Giggs and co, as I feel the communication would have been much more straightforward.
I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend them, and if I ever sell this house, it will be through their office.

We had a monster of a move. Three different buyers and, after our original “dream home” fell through Giggs helped us find another one that is just as great. We finally moved into our new home after almost a year of struggles - not helped by COVID of course! There was a lot of frustration for all but I have to say that the way Joe Perrin at Giggs handled things was first class. He clearly cares about his work and, although he had his hands full with our chain, was brilliant - giving us a nudge when we needed to do things and chasing around for what must have been the best part of six months to see it finally over the line. A big thanks Joe 👍

On deciding to move and have a few estate agents value our property, we were put at ease straight away with Ollie and knew we were in good hands. Jack had the hardest job, what with all our questions and problems with the top of the chain and then covid. Jack was amazing and kept us informed all the way and we managed to move to our ideal home with his help. Would thoroughly recommend and use again. I recently sold and purchased through Giggs & McGrath - they were utterly brilliant. Their communication was fantastic and 2 month from the date we listed on market, we moved into our new home. The team at Giggs and Co made buying a house a pleasure and a truly lovely experience, I’ve been shown around houses by a few other estate agents in the area but Giggs and Co are in another league, their attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism and friendliness really is second to none, I really can’t recommend them enough and even though the whole team were exceptional, Joe went well above and beyond the call of duty for us and nothing was to much trouble for him. We’ve just bought our dream home through Giggs & Co, and I can only wish I sold my previous property with them too. Absolutely faultless. Eric kept great communication with me throughout the process, always at the end of the phone for any questions I had. He is reliable, friendly, supportive and above all, he makes you feel like a human, not just a sale. Emma in the After Sales team was also amazing, always keeping me up to date with the chain even though I wasn’t selling through them. We bought through Signature Homes (a Giggs & Co brand). It was a rather long and protracted affair simply because of the prevailing market conditions and being part of a chain but from the moment that we booked our first viewing to the moment that we agreed the deal Caroline, the agent, was brilliant - keeping the communications channels open and being super responsive to our needs.
