I would like to say a great big thank you to Giggs and Company for the wonderful service which they gave me when selling and buying my property. I had been on the market for a few months with 3 high street agents and was feeling completely frustrated with the level of service I was getting. I had heard good reports of Giggs and Co. and decided to give them a call. Matt came round and spent a long time speaking to me and walking around my property. I liked what he was saying, his ethos made a lot of sense. I asked them to act for me as sole agents, something I so wished I had done from the beginning. Matt and his team are great; they are professional and enthusiastic. I had viewings right from the start, was kept informed and the advice they gave me was good down to earth common sense.
They made me feel safe and secure during what is a stressful time. I felt I could ask or say anything to Matt and his team, it was like working with friends and family.

I recently used giggs and co as the sole estate agent for selling my property, as well as introducing me to a property which I had seen on rightmove which I now own. They were extremely professional, responsive and took a lot of the stress out of the situation; liaising between solicitors and buyers in the chain and keeping informed of the situation. They found me a buyer within a week and did an amazing job with advertising the property;really professional looking photos done within hours of me asking them to put my priority on the market.

I just wanted to email to thank you for all of your help in both selling our house and helping us to buy another. The whole process involving many different members of the team from taking pictures to getting measurements was all very smooth, but in particular can we say thank you to Ollie who played a massive part in the sale of our home. I met with the buyers of our house after they moved in and they told me how Ollie had been excellent in showing them round and his relaxed and friendly attitude along with his local knowledge convinced them it was the right house for them.
Many people say moving house is meant to be a stressful experience, however, I found moving with Giggs and Co to be the complete opposite. The friendly nature of the team and the quick responses lead to a happy, stress free move!

From start to finish all aspects of the buying process was handled promptly and professionally! We are a small family who were looking to buy our first home. The team at Giggs & co were great for taking in our essentials and our preferences and guiding us to houses that suited our needs. They were always on hand to book viewings that would best suit us and were in regular contact advising of new house's on the market. Even after our offer had been excepted they were still there for advice and to help move the process closer to completion. Initially we did consider using one of the very cheap estate agents however, having met the team at Giggs and company we felt it was far more important for us to use a team who we would trust with our house keys who would be able to show people around our home without us when we were at work. Our house was sold relatively quickly and we have no doubt that it was due to you getting the right people to view it and the fair valuation we were given.

Having decided to sell our house after years of creating our dream home, to start a new life in Cornwall, it was really disappointing to see our lovely house languish on the market for over 10 months with a very well regarded, prominent, local high street agent. We needed a total rethink. Initially we thought we could strike a deal to match the budget agents in town, but from our initial meeting with Matt we knew Giggs and Co would sell our house. Primed with enthusiasm, the same house, marketed for the same price sold for full asking price within days of Giggs and Co taking it onto the market. Proving beyond doubt, its not what you do, but the way that you do it.

After seeing so many sold boards around our area we asked Matt to come round with the view to selling out property.Giggs and company were like nothing we'd experienced before with 8 viewings and our house sold in two weeks!.The feedback from viewings was always there within hours which was very helpfull.
Matt also took on the property we were looking to buy and worked tirelessly to overcome several obstacles to secure our new home.
