As a former customer of Giggs & co I would like to say a big thank you for dealing with the sale of my house in such an efficient way. The service, support and success I got from Giggs really was second to none. So far I have recommended four other people to Giggs estate agents all of whom have had the same good service and success as myself.

Now that myself and Laura are nearly settled in to our new home I thought I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to you and your team who have worked so hard to make our move run smoothly.

The service from Giggs was pretty much faultless in our eyes. Natalie is an absolute GEM, totally proactive and on top of her game. I have not had chance to thank he properly yet as I have been feeling so so rough, but she really was fantastic, keeping us informed every step of the way and really holding the chain well together. We bought a home through Giggs and Co recently. We found them friendly as well as professional. Emma was always easy to get hold of and happy to help. When she was away for a few days it was clear her colleagues were familiar with our purchase and able to move things forward in her absence. I would like to say a great big thank you to Giggs and Company for the wonderful service which they gave me when selling and buying my property. I had been on the market for a few months with 3 high street agents and was feeling completely frustrated with the level of service I was getting. I had heard good reports of Giggs and Co. and decided to give them a call. Matt came round and spent a long time speaking to me and walking around my property. I liked what he was saying, his ethos made a lot of sense. I asked them to act for me as sole agents, something I so wished I had done from the beginning. I recently used giggs and co as the sole estate agent for selling my property, as well as introducing me to a property which I had seen on rightmove which I now own. They were extremely professional, responsive and took a lot of the stress out of the situation; liaising between solicitors and buyers in the chain and keeping informed of the situation. They found me a buyer within a week and did an amazing job with advertising the property;really professional looking photos done within hours of me asking them to put my priority on the market.

I just wanted to email to thank you for all of your help in both selling our house and helping us to buy another. The whole process involving many different members of the team from taking pictures to getting measurements was all very smooth, but in particular can we say thank you to Ollie who played a massive part in the sale of our home. I met with the buyers of our house after they moved in and they told me how Ollie had been excellent in showing them round and his relaxed and friendly attitude along with his local knowledge convinced them it was the right house for them.

The team at Giggs & co were great for taking in our essentials and our preferences and guiding us to houses that suited our needs.
