We appreciated your and Matt's help in identifying a price and creating a display image of the property, your and Matt's guidance about this, including all the interim times when we suggested 'tweaks' to the details to make best use of the photos and selling points of the house, in the light of viewer responses. These tweaks were acted upon very quickly and efficiently, thank you. And we had never before (this is our 6th 'sale & purchase') had such careful reviews of progress of the sale, which we received from you. When the sale stalled your robust response, in checking our buyers views and your work with them to initiate a revised mortgage application, in the middle of the Christmas/New Year holidays was an encouragement, thank you there as well.

Giggs & Company made my move to St neots so easy and stress free.I am originally from Lincolnshire but have family living in St neots, so wanted to relocate to be nearer to them.Mathew was absolutely fantastic I was limited to the number of weekends that I could spend on viewings so Mathew really came up trumps for us.He knew exactly what we wanted and always had a good number of viewings sorted out for us and usually at short notice.He really knows his job he often made us think out of the box and we ended up buying a property that we had originally dismissed.We have sucsessfully moved in and are very very happy.I really can't reccomend them highly enough they are very proffesional and helpful and we feel we have already made a friend. It was also extremely helpful to be put in touch with the mortgage broker who helped us find the mortgage deal we have. We found everybody at Giggs and Co to be extremely friendly and helpful, but not pushy, which we had found with some estate agents we had spoken to previously.
