We bought our house from Giggs & Co back in May 2018. We had approached them early on in our search for our perfect home and received such a personal service from them throughout. Other estate agents sent us to places that we would never buy because it didn't fit our spec of what we needed. It makes you feel unheard and unimportant and can become frustrating BUT Giggs & Co really understood what was important to us. They contacted us about a few houses all fitting our 'must haves' list. In particular a lovely house in one of our favourite villages. They arranged a viewing that same day and oh my goodness it was perfect. We put an offer in that day and the ball was rolling. They had really listened to us and it meant so much. Jack was amazingly professional and friendly, he stayed in regular contact throughout the process and updated us and the sellers every step of the way, so that there was transparency on both sides. Its a stressful time but giggs & Co made it so easy. They even checked in with us after we had moved to see we had settled. A wonderful professional service and huge emphasis of customer service. Highly recommended!!!

Had no issues with Giggs during our 3 years as tenants however we have recently ended our tenancy and moved out. We are still yet to receive our deposit back even after extensive emails from us regarding this information. It has been over 3 months since our tenancy has ended and we are still clueless as to when it will be returned. Emails are going unanswered 90% of the time and if we do get a reply it’s as if they haven’t got a clue themselves.
Overall these last few months have been handled very unprofessionally and we are very disappointed.

I would totally recommend Giggs and Co if you are buying or selling a house. Eric Shram is professional, polite and friendly and puts 110% into his job at all times. He kept us informed with everything happening and helped us find the perfect house to buy as well as selling our current home all in two weeks. Eric made us feel like we were the only people he had to deal with and was at our ‘beck and call’ every day. Thank you Eric and thank you Giggs and co

As a first time buyer, I was very nervous and didn't really know what I was doing. Giggs & Company were very quick to reply as well as being always helpful and professional during the entire period. There were a few complications that were out of control of Giggs & Company, which, without the support of the team, would have made me extremely uncomfortable. I cannot recommend the service I received enough and although I don't think I'll be buying another house in the near future, I'll definitely recommend them to other buyers.
I'm probably one of the more difficult buyers, as I took a look around the property multiple times and was, pretty much, back and forth with questions and worries, constantly, over the last few months. If they can put up with me and still remain incredibly helpful and supporting, then other, more experienced buyers, will find them ideal.

Moving house is daunting and choosing the right estate agent is important. I chose Giggs and Company because from the outset they listened to my reason for selling and what my requirements were. Whilst they offered very valid advice and guidance they never lost sight of what I wanted to achieve.
Kirstie and Joe were tasked with assisting me and they were both extremely friendly and professional throughout. Initially there was little interest in my property, which was disappointing, but their perseverance was unfailing. In the end my property sold within 2 months and I achieved a price I was happy with.
From the beginning I was very impressed by the way the sale was handled. Both Kirstie and Joe visited the property to view it for themselves so that they could familiarise with the layout and it’s selling points - this is not something I have experienced before with selling other properties and think this was very beneficial.
I would have no hesitation with recommending Giggs and Company and in the future would definitely use them again. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Perrin at Giggs & co. The day after our house went on the market the viewings started and we sold in 6 days.
Joe has kept us informed every step of the way and I have to say that I can't fault his service.

My 85 year old mother has just sold and bought through this company. Jack and Louise looked after her as if she was their own parent. The service on both counts was outstanding. Jack came out in an evening at 8pm to allow my brother and me to view the property as the former works and lives in London. Louise worked tirelessly to gain a completion date that suited my mother and her buyers- she was insulted by people further down the chain who tried to delay the process. ( She even found ,these said people, removers for the date in question).
I would recommend this company for their professional and efficient service and the fact that they value their clients, whether they are buying or selling.

Everyone at Giggs & Co were very helpful, friendly and honest. Louise was there to help us throughout our whole process and made us feel reassured at all times.
