Solihull College is offering school leavers the opportunity to find out more about their chosen career by hosting a series of careers events throughout March.
Starting on Monday 14 March, the School Leavers’ Careers Events will give young people expert advice about how the College’s courses can shape their future. The events will also allow prospective students to ask industry experts about the qualifications needed to get into university or the relevant experience needed to get into employment.
The careers events are being held across the College’s three campuses – Blossomfield, Woodlands and Griffin Park, for subjects including Performing Arts, Animal Care, Aerospace Engineering and Construction, amongst others.
College Principal Brenda Sheils comments: “Our careers events give school leavers an insight to life at the College and a chance to find out more about the superb courses and facilities we have to offer. It is a fantastic opportunity for young people to find out first-hand from our tutors and local employers about how to pursue their chosen career and the range of career opportunities available to them after studying.”
To guarantee your place at one of the careers events book NOW by calling 0121 678 7000. (Lines open: Monday – Thursday 8am-7pm, Friday 8am-4.30pm). All places must be booked in advance.
