Mell Square was a hive of Easter activity this weekend (Saturday 7th April) as Solihull youngsters enjoyed a free interactive Easter Egg Hunt around the town – hosted by none other than Miss Egg Timer and The Easter Bunny himself!
The colourful pair asked delighted children to help them remember where in Solihull the scatterbrained bunny had hidden the chocolate eggs - by solving a series of brainteasers in an effort to jog his memory.
The jam-packed event also incorporated music, dancing, face-painting, story-telling and craft activites – not to mention a special edition of the Eggs Factor!
Paul Round, Mell Square Centre Manager said: “We had a fantastic day on Saturday – Mell Square was packed with children of all ages and I’m pleased to report that they managed to find the Easter Bunny’s lost chocolate eggs! There was a really great atmosphere in the air and I’d like to thank everybody who came down to enjoy this free event.”
