We all know the dangers of the festive season... and just how much you want to look great throughout it!  At we are here to make sure you are the star of the office party season, and WOW those relatives with a new slender you!

In the build up to Chritsmas it is never too late (or too early) to start to think about getting in shape and beating the side effects of the indulgence over the festive period.

Simple - Start thinking about reducing the evening meal sizes and cut out the late night carbs.  Avoid snacking late at night, and if your eating out, take a starter or a pudding, avoid both. Get your 2-3 litres of water per day and take time out at lunchtime to eat right and maybe take a little exercise to stimulate your metabolism.  Fill your desk with fruit to snack on through the day and avoid the afternoon nibbles!
