Get fit together?

So we all have the best intentions when it comes to exercising and dieting, and promise ourselves this is the time to get started.... only to find excuses or even aprehensions about going into the gym alone, and what people will say, or think. You are not alone, most people feel this way.

One of the best ways to overcome this and break your exercise fears is by joining in with some group training, or exercise. This can be done in a class environment where you will meet other like mided exercises, and maybe even rope your friends or family into coming with you. It's important to pick your classes and try a few before you will find one that suits you.

The alternative is to do some buddy Personal Training where you and a friend book a one on two training session with a PT. This way the initial apprehensions can be split between the 2 of you and before you know it your boundaries to exercises and fears of getting started are gone, and you are well on your way to getting the body of your dreams.

Everyone is different but we all have the same feelings, so give it a go! offer solutions to both of these with a regular thursday night circuit training classes held at the layca centre that is suitable for everyone regardless of age or ability.
