Donate your final Fiver to Age UK Solihull
5th April 2017

The old style £5s, containing the image of Elizabeth Fry, will cease to be legal tender from 5 May 2017.

Some banks and building societies will accept them after this, but shops won't.

Why not donate your final fiver to us?  Just £5 could help us send a volunteer befriender to a lonely older person in the Solihull borough - someone who may otherwise see no-one else all week.

  • Post/drop in your fiver to us here at The Core, Solihull Central Library, Homer Road, Solihull B91 3RG by Monday 1 May
  • Or drop it to our Community Hub at Chelmsley Wood Library
  • Or at one of our 3 shops at Station Road, Solihull (opposite John Lewis), Hobs Moat or Castle Bromwich.

We really appreciate your support.  All donations we receive stay in Solihull.

Thank you.
