Elaine was my first experience of hot wax and after a previous, very painful strip wax (the wax is still hot when applied but pulled off with a strip of cotton/paper-y material instead of the wax hardening and just being pulled off by itself) I was a little apprehensive. Elaine put me at ease very quickly and explained the process, how it worked and what to expect and was really friendly and easily distracted me from the minimal pain I felt. The aftercare instructions were great and so much more comprehensive than normal. Prices reasonable and in-line with others less superior. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend her to anyone looking for intimate waxing.
